Russ made our parents 40th wedding anniversary a great success. Reasonable price, flexible, and professional. Russ was prompt to our emails as well as our arrival. There were no hiccups with our multiple stops and he was pleasant and easy going. What a great limo with a lift door and he made us feel like celebrities all night!! I'm disappointed to have to write a bad review, because our first experience was a very positive one. That's why we used them a second time.
We had a group of 6 people going to a concert in AC, we paid additional for the second pick up and for our driver to wait for us after dinner and before the concert. So you know this was not an inexpensive fare. When we got to the Taj Mahal, there were so many cars, that the driver said he would drop off us here..meaning the opposite side of the fountain. At first it wasn't a big deal, but as we walked though all the cars, my husband commented
