Such a beautiful property!!! The entire team at Trailside is always so nice and eager to help. Specifically, the property manager, Dawn, is absolutely AWESOME! She goes above and beyond for her residents, answered all of our questions, and made us feel right at home! Overall, great amenities, awesome staff, beautiful apartments and a great place to live. Highly recommend this property!

We stayed in the new phase II apartments for one year in the 1 bed 1 bath floor plan. The apartment was very nice, clean, spacious, and comfortably fit 2 people. We had very little problems with anything inside the apartment, and if there was ever an issues, maintenance was always quickly on top of it, even after hours. Dawn, the property manager, was always very communicative and understanding. They even let us dog sit family pets for short time periods without have to pay the pet fee, which we greatly appreciated. This was the best place we stayed during our time at Purdue, and the complex stayed

Love living at the Trailside Flats phase 2! It is close enough to Purdue's campus for a short drive, but still far enough away to enjoy the quiet of the area. I live on the 2nd floor and never have any issues hearing noise above or next to me. I love the spacious living area of the 2 bedroom and the master bathroom in my unit- the closet is HUGE! I would recommend this apartment to anyone in the area that is looking, this was my first time living in Indiana and they have made me feel at home. The pool is perfect in the summer too.

My husband and I have lived here for over a year and we absolutely love it! The manager Maddy, and maintenance are kind and professional. Whenever we've needed something fixed, maintenance has always come through in a timely manner. The office communication is phenomenal. They always let us know when they will be entering our apartment for filter changes and maintenance. The fitness center and computer room are also a great plus! (We use them often). This is truly home to us. 10/10 would recommend.

We submitted our application for the new, phase 2 flats, yesterday! The ladies were SOOO nice and they were also very helpful! They showed us a beautiful new club house and flat! They are gorgeous! They are definitely gonna fill up quick! If your looking for a nice new place to stay I would definitely check them out!
