Life frequently presents us with developmental challenges. Coping with the loss of a job, or a loved one, choosing a new life path and recognizing the end of one life stage, all are part of our lifetime of growth. Sometimes, these can seem overwhelming. Therapy can help. Therapy is more than "just talking".
Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, and other learning differences, can be difficult to detect without an educational evaluation. Some families prefer a private child study team evaluation, to ensure that the information remains confidential. If the family wishes, feedback to the referring physician/psychologist/school system is also provided.
