At JM Auto Service and Collision, we are committed to making your repair experience as smooth and painless as possible. From the moment you walk in our door, until the day you pick up your "new" repaired car, we take care of everything and never quit working for you. Next to your home, your vehicle is likely your next largest investment.
At JM Auto Service and Collision, we have worked hard to achieve a state-of-the-art facility. We are a AAA-approved auto repair facility and have been for over 10 years. Having passed the rigorous application process to be approved for AAA, we not only have all the equipment, training and master technician qualifications, we also had a 99% customer satisfaction rating when AAA surveyed our auto body customers.
Our paint department is no less sophisticated than our collision repair department. We have two paint booths to keep production rolling, and one of these booths is a high-tech "clean room" which ensures a clean paint job. This European paint booth is equipped with a baking cycle, which cures the paint at 140 degrees similar to the original factory process.
For the smaller dings and hail dents, JM Auto Service and Collision offers full-service paintless dent repair (PDR). Some shops that only offer this service cannot handle all the dents due to their size or frequency on a panel. We are able to do a "combination repair" when necessary. This allows us to keep costs down by using PDR where we can, and conventional repair when PDR can't do the job.

I took my truck in after a hit & run accident and my cousin recommended JM Auto Body. I am so glad I went! They started right away and honestly the only issue was parts being delayed- Which is totally not in their control especially with Covid. Jordan was always super patient and friendly each time I called for an update and I knew my vehicle was in good hands. Thank you to the shop staff for the amazing work!

After several tries dealing with the Dodge Dealership - I called JM Auto Service and asked if they had a diesel mechanic that could diagnose my issue and they said YES. They made an appointment for the next morning and the mechanic -FRED- was awesome. He was available on time - I didn't have to wait. He figured out my issue quickly and corrected within less than an hour. I was so happy to be back on the road safe and sound. I will take my truck to them from now on.

JM Auto went above and beyond in repairing the extensive damage to my 2007 Ford Explorer! Due to the age of the vehicle, spare parts were hard to find. Jordan searched extensively to find the parts needed to restore my Explorer to like new condition.

I recently went in to fix my headlight and driver side handle and they handled this amazingly. It took a couple days for the parts to come in but once it was ready Jordan got the paperwork started right away and they gave my options on how I want to fix my car in the process. We limped into Denver,CO on Memorial Weekend with a misfiring engine. Fred and Karina, despite having a fully booked schedule, were able to get us back on the road same day so we could get back on the road. We are grateful for their attention and expertise. My car stopped accelerating while I was driving & I needed to get it fixed quickly. They were able to take a look at it, a couple hours later we thought the issue was fixed but it turned out the throttle needed replaced. They ordered the part and it was completed 24 hours later. Fred was very detailed about the process and I’m happy to have my car back! Would definitely recommend.

I recently purchased a new lil Qx60 that I fell completely in love with. Not even two days after having it a young teen drove straight into me. They handled my AAA tow of my Lexus when she broke down. The office staff was friendly and honest about their timeline. Fred was my mechanic and took the time to call, explain the process and my options. It was a dialogue, and he explained everything well. Met the owner who treated me professionally and reasonably. Will have no problems taking my cars there for servicing in the future. Recommend you give them a shot. Ask for Fred!

My car had to be towed here after having some issues when I flew into DIA. This was by far my worst experience with a mechanic. Most of it comes down to their lack of communication and failure to follow through on what they say they're going to do. The receptionist is TERRIBLE. Every time she called I would have to be transferred over to the manager. Then to top it off I was told my key would be left with the dispatcher next door so I could pick up my car before the shop was open (I live 90 minutes away). The wrong key was left, and we had to wait for two hours for somebody to show up to find

My experience at JM Auto Service was fantastic!!! On the road as a traveler from Florida it can be a little disconcerting when you have mechanical problems and no contacts to call for a referral. I am grateful that I found JM Auto Service as they were very professional, knowledgable, thorough, and the pricing was fair. The building and surroundings were clean and comfortable. Everyone was welcoming and personal from the moment I arrived until I left. Their customer service is top notch. Was referred to this place by a trusted friend in the industry. I didn't not have to handle one thing -they did it all for me. The owner came out and met me on the day of pickup to inspect my car and noticed a blemish. He asked to keep it another day to make sure it looked perfect and paid for my rental for a day. They finished before the schedule estimated time and gave a follow up throughout the process. My family is in the same industry in Texas I know what a good and bad job looks like and this place exceeded my expectations. Thanks JM auto body!!

About a month ago my mom and I were moving me out to Arizona. Almost half way there we blew a tire right outside of Denver. After being stranded for hours we finally got a tow truck to tow us to Denver. We towed my car to a recommended repair shop that night and headed to a hotel. The next morning I called the shop that we dropped it off to and the… said they could maybe find time to fix it in a few weeks...exhausted and upset we called around to different repair shops in the area. We called JM Auto Repair and they told us they could fit us in and help us. So we called yet another tow truck

Needed my air conditioning recharged. $1300. And 6 visits later my air is working and blowing cold. One week to the day after picking up my car I am driving on the freeway and my hood flies open. No injury to me but car sustained a lot of damage. And the air conditioner failed as I was stranded on the side of the road. Upon inspection after accident we found tools in the engine compartment that JM had left. I am convinced this is what caused the hood latch to fail. JM takes no responsibility. They are negligent at the very least. STAY AWAY!!!!
