He graduated with a biology degree from Albion College before receiving his dental degree from the University of Michigan.

I am new to the area and rather than finding a new dentist, I decided to travel back to the Ann Arbor area for my dental care. That is until I lost a crown. Robinson Dental in Wayland told me they could reset my crown the following day. While the dentist was great, and my crown is set without difficulty, I cannot give this practice a good review. I had great care at my two visits so far! My first visit was an emergency and they got me in the same day!!! My next visit was to start repairing some teeth and Jennifer and Tiffany took great care of me (I’m kind of a baby when it comes to dental work). I recently had an appointment at Robinson Dental. The front desk staff were so friendly. Jenn P gave me a tour of the facility and was very helpful. I ended up needing a filling. J.J. was great. She was really informative and knowledgeable. This was the first time I received a shot in my mouth that I couldn’t even feel. I had a broken crown and I called last night and got right in this morning. They found a couple cavities and not only fixed those, pulled the broken tooth, but also cleaned my teeth. From the front staff greeting us and asking for a water or anything else to drink to the dental assistant explaining everything and the dentist encouraging our kids - the whole entire experience was welcoming, comforting and phenomenal! We have already recommended you to friends and family. The personal card in the mail addressed to our kids was just amazing. Going to the dentist has always been a struggle for me and always caused anxiety and stress until I had my first visit with Robinson Dental. It was the best experience I have ever had. Your staff listened to my fears and concerns, then prepared me for the process by having a multitude of comforting supports for me to choose. I really appreciated how caring the staff were and how my fears and anxiety were relieved. We were new to the area and decided to try Robinson Dental simply because from the outside it looked new and clean. We were blown away by the wonderful staff and highly trained dentists - all who completely advocated for what the patient actually wanted! I was completely comfortable and never felt like they were trying to force me to do any service I didn’t want to do. They even allowed me to bring my toddler with me AND gave her a cookie and balloon when we left! I highly suggest them to anyone looking for a dentist- they definitely are the perfect definition of “family dentistry”!

I was able to get in to see a dentist the same day. I was trying to determine if I had a medical issue or a dental issue. As someone who is used to hearing “that is not my field, you need to talk to someone else”, he was able to look into my issue and actually give me answers and explain it to me so I knew where to go from there. I needed an extraction during the 'stay at home order' in May of 2020.
The staff is incredible nice and caring. The Dental Hygienist was friendly, efficient, and super helpful. The Dentist (female) was professional, attentive, and patient. It required quite a bit of numbing and I was anxious but they helped me the best they could.

This is just a money grab office. I went several times and although my Delta Dental is a PPO they tried to bill me for services as though it was not a PPO. They even tried to tell me that my coverage had changed and now I had a co pay for cleanings. This was not true as verified by Delta Dental. They tried to add extra "services" at each appointment. I was told I needed fillings. I went to another dentist and he did not recommend any fillings. I told them I would no longer be a patient there. It took months to get them to quit nagging me to make new appointments. I would not recommend

Rating: 0. Robinson Dental Wayland is an absolute pathetic, worthless, uneducated joke. Let me tel you ALL of the severely serious problems I have had with this place within the last mainly 3 weeks.
1. Four months ago, I went in for a check up and was diagnosed with 4 cavity fillings and a core and crown. When I came in about 2 weeks ago, three cavity fillings were done and the fourth cavity happened to have an abscess in it. (The one they charged me when a year ago the dentist made a mistake, thankfully I got this refunded). I understand an abscess can occur within 4 months. X-rays were taken

Terrible customer service. It also feels like they are falsely advertising when it comes to orthodontics. The dentist there is not an orthodontist, but does offer orthodontic work. I have been ther for a year and a half because of braces and was just told that it was discovered I owe more on the braces. This is a year and a half later, after the braces are paid off. My family switched dentists because of their aggressive approach and always seeming to cost more and more money. If I could have the braces finished at a different office I for sure would. Don't go here. The first visit was pleasant, and the staff is great; the dentists (I saw 2) were another story. If you're going to drill on un-numbed teeth and tell the patient to raise her hand of she feels anything, you should probably stop after one of the several times she does so...or at least when she can no longer hold still because of the pain level. Although I feel I've had quality care, this office is out of control when it comes to "pressure to Up Sell their services" been going here for over 18 months and it just cost more and more each time as they make you feel you have major issues that need attention. Frankly I no longer trust them! Going to get another opinion as with as much money as I've spent to keep things healthy, the cost shouldn't be more over time but less if their in fact improving your overall dental health.

So sad. Many of my good teeth removed unnecessarily for a poorly fitted partial. The partial broke within 6 months and the two dentists I went to for consultations regarding a nrw partial were both amazed and sickened at the unnecessary damage hat had been done. I now have a well fitted partial by another dentist but ill never have my teeth back. So so sad. I should sue them.

Warning: Do not go to this dentist. They cannot be trusted! My husband got 2 crowns done and many cavities filled here (now not sure they were even needed) and when he switched dentists to my dentist they said these crowns were so poorly done they had to be REDONE ASAP! The crowns were so jacked up that they were leaking underneath and causing more decay.
