The receptionist (Sue) was rude disrespectful and unsympathetic to my young daughter who already has low self esteem. They gave her a cheap flipper which they new would break. And when I called to get it repaired. She didn’t care about anything but the past due account which my Insurace has already paid the majority of the bill. On top of that I was struggling with cash due to the pandemic. She completely refused to compromise & has my daughter walking around with no teeth & I did immediately pay them.
She made not only my daughter suffer why she still is but me as well. I know I wasn’t born

Love this office. Having been going here since I was a young child (Dr. Graham before Dr. Coe). Wonderful staff. I love watching nature through their huge windowed rooms while getting my teeth cleaned. I love that the staff have carried the tradition of lighting the building and giving poinsettia's to their patients during the holidays.

I just visited Dr. Coe today not only on short notice, but also as a new patient. He fixed my chipped tooth in less than 30 minutes and when I asked to schedule a cleaning, they fit me in yet this week. Everyone in the office was super nice and the process was very efficient. I highly recommend this dentist!

Shortly after graduating college and moving away from home, I found myself needing a dentist but not knowing how to go about finding one. My mom - my first reference point on things like this- didn't know anyone in Grand Rapids. Do I use the -head scratch- the yellow pages??? That seems like a weird way to find one plus I don't think I even have a yellow pages book in the house. A coworker is who ultimately recommend Dr. Coe to me and I've been going ever since.
