As a former Marine who was away overseas in the Iraq war in 2003, my family was here on Long Island, with no father or husband around to help out, and we all know the military does not pay good at all.
Jump and Slide wants our clients to use our rentals safely, so we recommend these rental tips for our inflatable units! After the operator arrives, they should do the following and it is your job to pay attention to help make sure its done properly:. The operator must cover all operating and safety procedures verbally, and should leave printed instructions as well.

The rental office was very helpful and responsive. The team that came for set-up was super friendly and helpful. They talked us through the entire process of setting up the foam pit and answered all our questions. The foam was lots of fun, but keep in mind the floor of the blow up gets pretty slippery. Will definitely use this company again

Rented a water slide for the 6th straight year and once again....it was a huge success!! Everyone looks forward to this day in the summer. Jump and Slide is a great company and offers great slides.

I just love Jump & Slide, myself and family been using this company for years when we have big parties for the kids. The staff their amazing. I really thought I was getting on their nerves because I kept on adding to the order and they had to type up a new order list. But Ms Jennifer D and Mr Anthony took very good care of me. The Face painting staff who was their was extraordinary and very very helpful the kids enjoyed them, I truly thank them. I recommend any one who's having a party or just want to rent different rental supplies, the place to go is Jump & Slide. Oh can't forget the VIP Porta

You need a waterslide? This is the company! We planned a last minute party, called them 10 times with various questions before we made a selection. Each time their customer service staff were more than happy to patiently and professionally answer each question. Their hardworking staff delivered and set up our 25’ slide on-time without a hitch. The slide itself was IMPECCABLE! Clean, well-designed and absolutely no concern about it’s safety. We’re so grateful we found Jump and Slide and highly recommend them for your next party!

I HIGHLY recommend Jump and Slide Entertainment. The staff (I can't remember the woman's name) and owner, Anthony were extremely friendly and professional. Great customer service! (That's the MAIN reason why I decided to do business with them.) I received my water slide on time and the setup was quick. No issues at all. The slide was good quality. The kids had a blast. I'll definitely do business with them and refer them to family and friends. Thank you so much for your great service!! BTW...I recommend the Fireball Splash with pool. The kids played on it for 7 hours straight!!!!

-We celebrated a 10th birthday party with the Purple lightening water slide and it was a great time for all! I enjoyed it just as much as the children!

I use these guys every year for a Independence day party... usually get a big water slide. This year I added a cotton candy machine. I have tried other rental places and can honestly say that with Jump and Slide Entertainment you get what you pay for... No stories or change up surprises on the day of the event (this happened with another outfit) The deployment teams show up on or ahead of time, quickly setup and after the party neatly tear down and cleanup. Quite often we get extra time at the end of the rental as well. The sales staff are very flexible if you involve them upfront with the planning

It was a pleasure to work with Jump and Slide. They were more than helpful from the initial contact until the end. In planning they made great suggestions and even told me where I would be wasting my money, they took several calls from me and were able to answer every question. The team that came to set up and break down were very professional and did a great job. The attractions I rented were a huge hit at the party, and they were all high quality products. We were very impressed and look forward to booking only with them in the future!
