Services
Original U.S. passport must be valid at least 15 months and have at least two blank visa pages (amendments and endorsement pages cannot be used to fulfill this requirement). Passenger will need to provide invitation letter if the purpose of the travel is NOT tourism. For Hong Kong, China, Macau & Taiwan born, additional document is required, please contact travel agent for more details.

They have the best service. Very prompt and professional, you can rest assured everything is scheduled as planned.
They know all the tour guides of all the countries around the world especially south east Asia.
If you have time to meet Yvonne in person, you'll be thrilled, she's genuine, honest and beautiful inside and out. I love her not because she's my niece, she's just adorable !
Btw I was on Worst Cooks In America Season 12 on the Food Network now on Netflix and Hulu.

Like most Chinese/Vietnamese places its hit or miss when it comes to customer service. I find that the younger reps tend to have better manners. I dealt with Lan first over the phone then in person and she was fantastic, detailed and patient. My uncle wanted to go to another agency to check out prices after we had spent a good amount of time here and she was very pleasant in saying that we had the right to choose any place as long as we were comfortable. Needless to say the other place was pretty much the same price with a colder attitude so we went back to her since she was so nice about everything

I booked my honeymoon to Bali and Thailand with Christy Lam at 5 Oceans Tours and I found her a COMPLETE joy to work with! I was SO happy to have found her after I got screwed over by Jennifer at Asian Affair Holidays in El Segundo.
Christy booked me on the flights I needed and gave recommended hotel choices and my husband and I were completely satisfied with our trip.
I would highly recommend Christy to anyone booking a Thailand or Bali trip. She was wonderful to work with. Professional, on point and really just a joy. If it wasn't for her, I wouldn't have been able to go on my honeymoon

Called today to asked questions about applying for Vietnam visa, whoever, picked up the phone(female) was rude and unprofessional. I have never been to Vietnam, planning a trip there, had some questions about visa application. She explained it to me in a way where i should know already, what am i, STUPID. If i knew then I would not call her. Was gonna book a Vietnam tour through them for my family but because she was soooo rude, didn't even bother asking about tours. Never will go there for anything and will never recommend this place to anybody.

5 Oceans Tours is the only travel agent in the Phuc Loc Tho. There office is on the second floor in the front corner on the west side of the complex. I am booking my second trip with them and they are professional and accommodating.
The person I recommend talking to is Cam Tsai. She is one of the agents who is multilingual (Vietnamese, Cantonese, Mandarin, and 1 other Chinese dialect). She put together my previous trip to Italy and Greece. When the tour company changed our tour without notifying us within a week of our departure, Cam worked extra to put together a similar package on her own for
