I recently booked a group holiday package to Barbados for a total of 17 people. Right from the start of our booking process, Reshma assisted us in finding an excellent hotel that perfectly suited our group, which included 7 grandchildren. We finally reached our destination after multiple cancellations by Air Canada due to Covid travel restrictions. Swift Travel stood by us throughout the journey, keeping us informed about every aspect of our holiday and international connections. They efficiently handled any issues that arose. Our booking was ATOL protected, and Rob was a delight to work with. The price was reasonable too.

Swift travel is A class at handling queries and getting the job done to ensure your travel arrangements are in order. Nothing seems too much and they go over and above to ensure you can relax knowing things are taken care off by their staff during difficult and confusing trials during the pandemic. I dealt with Adrienne and trust me she offers service with a smile from the moment she answered the phone. Rest assured all my holidays will now be booked through Swift, they're brilliant.

Jodie put together an amazing tailor made holiday to Cuba working hard to secure hotels and Casa that I wanted and ones she found herself for me.
The Rep Jose in Matanzas was the best Rep I have come across especially not selling me trips I didn't want. He met us at the hotel as we arrived and resolved our only issue in a professional and more than expected way.
We had 7 different hotels and private taxis between and all went well. The driver from the airport didn't mind waiting for us for two hours as baggage was slow. He even bought us a cold beer while we waited for currency attracting many envious looks from those around us.
I would highly recommend Swift especially if you want more than an all inclusive beach holiday.
