Regina and Cindy were incredibly supportive when we were organizing our Alaska cruise a few months back. Cindy has gone out of her way to help cancel our first European vacation cancelled due to Covid. She was able to get her all the refunds. In addition, I was to go to Montreal on 12/6/19...cancelled my trip because my sister passed away. I was given a year extension on my trip which of course couldn't be done due to the virus. United first said that they would give me an electronic travel coupon but after Cindy further pursued this matter, United gave us the credit on our card for the ticket.

Regina helped my husband and I plan our honeymoon to Europe and we were blown away! We had a tight budget and big dreams and Regina and the wonderful people at Travelcom were able to make those dreams a reality without sacrificing quality in the rooms we found ourselves in.

My Husband and I found ourselves Scrambling, to change or cancel a booked vacation to Hawaii last week.Because the big island wasn't opening up we decided to change our destination to Cabo San Lucas .We are huge Golfers and had heard from friends there was some great resorts with golf close or on site. I called Kimberly Deliz here at Travelcom,and she was on it!! She came in with several options with great rates for all inclusive and hotels close to golf ,within the next couple hours.We chose The Dreams Spa and Golf Resorts and were totally impressed at the ocean view premium room she got us in

I am very disappointed with the service (or lack of) of TRAVELCOM.
I booked a one week family trip to Maui to travel in summer of 2020 with travelcom, and I paid a deposit in 2019. Obviously, we were not able to travel due to COVID 19 because Hawaii was shut down requiring a two week quarantine.
I asked Travelcom (Cindy) to refund me my entire deposit. Cindy informed me that all my deposit will be returned within 90 days.
After 90 days, only a portion of the deposit was credited back because she claimed that the flight (United) was still on and not cancelled!
My vacation was only for one week

I highly recommend Travelcom for any travel reservations. I've used Travelcom for close to 20 years, and have had nothing but great experiences. Kim, Regina, and Cindy have all been great to work with. On my most recent trip to Jamaica, Kim helped us secure a specific room that we wanted, and she made a great recommendation to get the Club Mobay reservation which allowed us to zip through customs quickly - and to enjoy the departure lounge at the airport. I reached out to Travelcom after a unsatisfying experience with AAA travel. Regina was attentive, knowlegeable and very patient with all my questions and worries. She helped my family figure out how to make the most of our budget and we had the best winter, wonderland vacation in a luxury hotel in Whistler, British Columbia, Canada with fabulous excursions through concierge. She arranged for a better room with a fabulous view of the slopes at no extra cost. We were so impressed with the accomodations. I'm grateful to know Regina and plan our all our future trips with her help.

Regina did a great job setting up our honeymoon! She replied quickly and helped with every possible scenario we were considering until we had it narrowed down and finalized.
