Services
Learning Works Preschool has been serving children and families in the Peoria community for over 40 years. We are proud members of organizations devoted to the betterment of children, child care facilities, and child care practices, such as the Arizona Child Care Association and the National Child Care Association.
We help your child gradually prepare for school with a continual emphasis on personal success and reinforcement of a positive self-image at each stage. We proudly use High Reach Curriculum for our toddler classrooms as well as the Creative Curriculum for our preschool classrooms. The goals for both types of curriculums are aligned with the Arizona Early Learning Standards.
Our activities are specially selected to be age-appropriate and to combine fun with learning. Our students go onto kindergarten and elementary school with more than just useful skills, they have a sense of adventure and enthusiasm. Outdoor activities are critical to growth. The center has play equipment from top-rated manufacturers.

Special Note from our family…..
Our daughter Emma is graduating next week from Learning Works Preschool. Emma has been going to Learning Works Preschools since she was around 2 yrs old I believe. We feel in love with Learning Works the first time we meet the Administration and Staff. Trust, development and safety are just a few big factors for us and we knew right away this was the place that had it all for our daughter. Emma has learned and developed a lot from her 3 years here. We feel confident knowing she is ready for her next big journey of Kindergarten and we can thank all the teachers

Like any other mom I looked up daycare centers with five star ratings because in my eyes I thought that meant it was the best but I was wrong. I tried Sunrise and Tutor time, either my sons stuff was always missing or he was crying, or was cold as a Popsicle when I would pick him up. So I tried Learning Works preschool and let me say my sons stuff hasn't ever went missing, he always has a smile on his face , and the teachers are beyond amazing they do more than expected they actually know the children from their likes to dislikes! I was first recommend by my mother in law because my brother in law has been going there since he was one, so I took my daughter to check the place out and she straight away loved it, she's been coming here for about 8 months and all the teachers are great! They let you know your child's progress and how they do each and every day. I would definetly reccomend this preschool to anyone. I now have my little cousin going there and she loves it as well!

Stopped in to tour after stopping at three other daycares that were awful. The director was very nice and informative...The class setting were very cute and i like their class room structure. Ill be signing my daughter up soon...too bad they dont take babies but otherwise everything was just what i was looking for.

My daughter has been going to Learning Works since she was 3 years old. She first went into Ms. Toni's class. Very loving and patient, shows she cares about my child. Now she is in Ms. Dianna's class. My daughter is learning, growing and adjusting. Thanks to Ms. Dianna so am I! Ms. Dianna is super friendly and patient. She helps me back off to let my child learn how to speak and learn for herself. I get a complete report when picking up my child. If there are questions I can ask whatever is needed and the teachers more than oblige. I like how they help children handle their emotions. They have

Great Preschool- Wonderful Staff- Very organized, very professional- and I've always seen attention on children, 2 or 3 adults to every room. My daughter was miserable at her last daycare- She is very happy here, she has benefited from this preschool immensely. Learning Works is an excellent environment and I would recommend it over any other.
