Services
Foothill Heights provides patients with comprehensive rehabilitation services that are customized for each individual patient in order to help them maximize both their independence and quality of living. Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy are all provided seven days a week by our trained staff.
Being a caregiver for an ailing family member can be challenging. That's why Foothill Heights Care Center offers respite care as part of our services. For respite, caregivers can place their family members in our care for up to two weeks, giving themselves a chance to take a vacation, go to a doctor's appointment, attend to other family matters, or simply rest.

I found Foothill Heights Care Center very helpful, knowledgeable in the medical industry, and very organized. They helped me find what I needed and their rates are very affordable. I will refer many other patients to their facilities in the near future. They helped my family as well.I needed to take care of my grandmother and they gave me pointers on how to care for her. Their website has useful information and allows you to speak to an medical assistant and schedule and appointment at their facility. I really loved how they welcomed me with open arms!
