When requesting legitimate non-narcotic pain relief they are useless. They do a $1200 drug panel before you are allowed to be seen even when not requesting opioids. The doctor was given my verified diagnosis and instead of helping with the pain, she started trying to guess what else it might be. Hundreds of dollars for a 20 minute visit with no help.

I had an initial consultation visit with Dr. Bellinger. That visit was fine. Afterwards I went to the front desk to schedule my next appointment (steroid injections for chronic pain). I was told I could pick the day for the appointment but not the time. They said they would call me 2 or 3 days before the day of my next appointment and tell me what time to come in. The day before my appointment I had not heard from them. So I called to ask what time I should come in. I was told to come in at 10:45am. I show up a few minutes early and go to the front desk to check in. I was told I did not have an

My Doctor and MY Nurses and The Wonderful behind the scenes People have been over the top So Great to me! Their kindness when I am in So much pain is So much appreciated. I have just bee tolD by Dr. Bellenger that she does no longer will treat me. My first appointment was 5/24.
She required multiple tests, charged my insurance company $1200.00 for a Urine test. Office staff has no communication between locations. I wanted to try a electronic stimulator for pain. She ordered blood tests, X-rays, mri’s, and a evaluation by a physiatrist, all of which I did. She’s not saying that I’m not a candidate for the procedure she’s just saying she’s decided she doesn’t want to do it because I’ve voiced concern about the ineptness of her staff. she’s giving

I've been going to Illinois Pain & Spine for over 10 years now. I see Dr. Dallas who is absolutely amazing! She really takes the time to figure out what the problem is. She treats her patients with care and understanding. The nurses and support staff for the procedures are always friendly and knowledgeable. Their office staff at the 3 locations I have been to, are always nice and helpful. I'm so grateful that IPI exists, they are what makes it possible for me to function through each pain-filled day.

I seriously could not function at all if it wasn't for Dr. Silva. I had so many doctors just prescribe "painkillers" over and over again and they did nothing for my pain and made me feel sick and have stomach issues on top of everything else. I can not get back to doing things I love because of the relief from my chronic pain.

Here they provide you with excellent care and understanding of your specific pain. I've been coming here for all my pain issues and they take care of me with kindness and compassion. I would recommend this place to everyone suffering with chronic pain. Dr. Yacoub is very good. Also,the staff at the Elgin office nurses,receptionist, dr.yacoub,and anesthesiologist are by far the best.

Very happy with the services I've received at the various offices. Dr. Prunskis and P/A Steve take their time and answer questions. The office and medical staff are caring and accommodating. The various offices I've been to are very professionally run! I've been seeing Dr Prunskis for over 10 years. If there's a way to relieve pain he will find it and avoid narcotics. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication to your patients!

I am about to get injections this coming week and my dr ordered blood work to make sure I can receive the treatment.... two weeks ago at least, I haven’t heard back about the results of my blood work... frustration at its best , I called numerous times. I hate to assume in a situation like this , seeing as I am going to be put under I would appreciate a call back !!!.

Having had multiple surgeries in past years and living in a great deal of pain finding Illinois Pain and Spine has been a blessing for me. If one treatment doesn't work they will look for another one. I have found hope where before I had none. Every Doctor and staff member treats me in a very caring and respectful supportive manner.
