Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is a mindfulness educational program designed to teach individuals who are suffering from physical or emotional pain on how to take better care of themselves and live a happier life. If you have trouble integrating your mindfulness practice into your daily life, or are stuck, dissatisfied or overwhelmed in your practice, schedule an individual coaching session with one of our experts.

Call (561) 303-1185 to schedule an appointment. Please join Dr. Nikki Davis for a monthly discourse and reflection on all things gratitude! Donation-based gathering will include mindfulness practice, guided reflection and share. This group will take place on the first Thursday of every month.

Sacred Treehouse is a meditation and mindfulness education center founded by Dr. Patricia Thomas Shutt, a practicing clinical psychologist in Boca Raton who wanted to share the positive effects of meditation and mindfulness with others.

In addition to offering a peaceful environment for meditation, Dr. Shutt has access to a network of like-minded professionals who want to share their knowledge and experience through workshops, discussion groups and guided book studies.Sacred Treehouse is not a religious organization, we believe that spiritual inspiration can and should be found from many sources.

Dr. Shutt, founder of Sacred Treehouse, is a licensed psychologist and co-owner of Therapeutic Oasis of the Palm Beaches in Boca Raton.

Our individual services are provided by highly skilled and intensively trained professionals. Where mind and body meet, authentic healing can occur.
