Recognized by Yoga Alliance as an expert yoga instructor (E-RYT 500), Gyanpriya learned the practices of Yoga at one of only 4 institutions designated by the Prime Minister of India as official centers for Yoga training in the country. Educated in the traditional gurukul style, she has been trained in Yoga philosophy, practice, mindset, and lifestyle.

This comes through in her teaching style and can be seen by the impact she has on students and clients. Gyanpriya teaches a wide range of Yoga practices (including postures, Meditation, Pranayama, and other more advanced practices) relevant to practical, day-to-day life. She is adept at designing and instructing classes and programs that meet the needs of both new and experienced practitioners.

The most beautiful soul owns this studio. Whether you are in person or via FaceTime/Skype the techniques you learn are the same. Gyanpriya teaches in a way that you can continue your practice at home. I use the breathing techniques to calm my nerves when I am anxious. It is more than just deep breathing. I am so thankful that I had the pleasure to meet and work with Gyanpriya, she changed my focus and is always available if I need her.

I have been wanting for years to find a place where I could learned to meditate, to feel less stressful in my life. I found the perfect place called Breathe Mediation and I signed up for a class. I met the most amazing person named Gyanpriya, and I knew I wanted to learn from her. I enrolled in an online group coaching program to help people who felt overwhelm, stressed or anxious. I was delighted to find Gyanpriya and her studio! It has a great vibe you can feel the moment you walk in the door. My first visit here was for Yoga Nidra. If you haven't already taken this class, I highly recommend it. It really helped me clear out some stuck energy. I slept like a rock after my first class! There are a variety of other classes offered that are worth checking out. Gyanpriya is truly an inner transformational guide who is also a preferred Psych-K facilitator. If you are looking to relax and transform yourself body, mind, and spirit, this is the place to be!

I have struggled with anxiety for some time. Although I felt I had it well under control, I realized my breathing was very often shallow and sometimes I would feel as if I could not get enough oxygen. I was seen by my doctor who gave me a clean bill of health and advised me to take up meditation and yoga. Meditation always seemed so daunting to me and I was actually nervous about it (cue shallow breathing…). Yoga classes helped but not enough. After trying unsuccessfully to teach myself to meditate through YouTube videos, I googled meditation studios near me and found Breath Meditation.

Gyanpriya is my teacher at this studio. She is real, very knowledgeable of yoga, breathing, and so much more. She explains all the exercises so I can understand the deeper meaning and purpose of each one. The studio is exactly what I have been searching for in the Ft. Lauderdale area....it has a peaceful, tranquil energy to it and the rooms are spacious and have a healing feeling to them. To me, it is perfect for anyone wanting to learn real yoga, breathing exercises in depth. It does not have a commercial feeling to it.

Walking into Breathe Meditation I felt the calm that Gyanpriya brings to her space. I have enjoyed several meditation sessions, Breathe & Relax, bringing me to the most tranquil state I ever experienced. Gyanpriya's kindness and compassion motivated me to try a reprogramming session with her to let go of past pain I carry with me. I found it very beneficial; I was able to release and move forward feeling less oppressed. Highly recommend!

Life changing! That is how I feel about Gyanpriya's yoga class. Her teachings go far beyond the practises or postures you learn. Awareness of the physical, mental and energy impact of the practices is something that has had a profound effect on me in class and outside of the class and has changes my life.
Gyanpriya is attentive to each of her student's individual needs and her concern is sincere, from the heart.
On just a physical level, my posture has greatly improved,as well as my balance.
I highly recommend her Yoga class.

Gyanpriya has a spiritual presence that makes her class more than yoga. Her energy radiates into the room and let's you know what "yoga" is really about. The class is calm and serene, yet challenges as well. She is a patient instructor and takes time to help with poses on a one to one basis. The small space/class atmosphere is calming in itself. Gyanpriya genuinely cares and wants to help each person achieve their goals of health, inner peace and healing. Her wholeness and authenticity radiates throughout the class. I highly recommend her as a true Yogi.

I started taking yoga classes about one year ago after taking a few classes here and there sporadically during my life. The studio that Gyanpriya instructed at had several capable instructors.
