I'm a Chicago based florist and needed two pieces sent to two lovely ladies in NYC. As someone who's in the industry, I have high standards and Sue surpassed my expectations. I asked for a classic, garden-style arrangement and was wowed with what she put together. I'm more than satisfied at the service and I love that she sent photos of the arrangements before they went out as well as at their delivery locations. I also believe her prices were very fair.
And words of advice friends, always let the designer pick. You end up with the best of the best when you allow their creativity

Pretty impressed with this service! I was able to order flowers via Yelp, and I was pleasantly surprised that the flowers were delivered within 2 hours after the order was placed!
Since I ordered the flowers from the west coast for a east coast recipient, I really liked that this shop emailed me the preview of finished flower arrangement before it is delivered because it just reassured me of the quality. I had previous experiences with other flower shops delivering poor quality/wrong orders, so this place definitely earns a spot in my go to book in Manhattan.

I ordered Valentine's Day flowers for my wife for same day delivery, and Koat did a great job getting my order delivered by 4pm despite the craziness of the day, and the arrangement was beautiful - my wife loved it. I also spoke to the team on the phone a couple times and they were very helpful and accommodating. You're going to spend more here than at one of those flower websites, but why skimp on quality? It's worth it.

100% RECOMMEND! One week out from my Company holiday party, I needed an idea to differentiate the group of people who planned the party. I called Koat, and was absolutely clueless on what I wanted. Our Company's color is yellow, so I thought oh lets do something simple like a yellow carnation boutonniere. They steered me to the right design of two yellow baby roses, and recommended a little greenery behind it. They were extremely helpful on the phone, very responsive over follow up emails to confirm delivery & location. The day of delivery they sent me a "bloom snap" preview

I placed an order from Arizona for someone in NYC and I'm so pleased.
The order process was very simple and online, and the selection of flowers was lovely and cheaper than many other florists in the area.
The flowers were delivered on time to my friend's workplace, and even though I accidentally put my phone number down as the contact number, my friend still got them. The tulips look beautiful and exactly like they do in the example picture.
I would absolutely recommend Koat Florals to people in the area!

So sophisticated! I really appreciate designer's job. She is very thoughtful and able to understand easily what you really want to get. Besides that, the quality and variations of flowers are impressive as well. If you have deals with flowers you can say for sure that designers care about these "guys" in a right manner. Thanks a lot for making this world such a beautiful place.
