Today I found the best of the best on the Upper West Side!! I was in need of an "emergency" floral arrangement to brighten the day of someone important to me. The fact that is midday on the 4th of July and well not sure what will happen.......I checked a couple of websites and mad a call or two. All no answers.......until I called Valerie Chase with Citibouquet. Valerie was actually enjoying the day...but stopped to listen to my story.
