Raquel is our Office Manager who has the all-important task of running a smooth and efficient office. She is the patient coordinator and surgical scheduler as well. First of all, I want to thank this office for treating my information with respect. I don’t know where to start but I was impressed with the service I received. I will say, he answered all my questions. I had already received three quotes for the procedure I’m seeking, and this one was slightly higher , but I decided to go with this doctor , because he took his time to explain all the concerns an individual would have for this type of procedure. Dr. Spies and his staff has been amazing! I had a procedure done 6 months ago and am blown away at my results. I am so happy, he delivered exactly if not better then what I was wanting.
On top of that his staff is so nice and welcoming every time I visit their office. I live in a different town and I 100% believe he is worth the drive!!

I decided to do a Breast Augmentation and started the journey of multiple consultations and deciding which doctor to choose. I had 4 consultations scheduled and Dr. Spies was my 3rd consult. I was blown away by the amount of face time I had with him ( or better yet, he gave me!) . He truly LOVES what he does and takes the time to go over EVERYTHING possible with you to make sure you are well informed of your procedure. Typically what happens is you meet with a doctor for 10-15 minutes , then the doctor leaves and you're in the hands of the Patient Coordinator for the rest of your questions. At

I'm giving Dr. Spies three stars purely on his bedside manner, it was wonderful, surgical skills, not so much. I have scares in places I never dreamed I would have had.
Dr. Spies does many different procedures/surgeries, I guess that was my first mistake. I was drawn in by his amazing personality. He answered all my questions and I was excited for my breast and tummy revisions after having lost 52 lbs.
I'm writing this review to those seeking cosmetic surgery in that it is important when selecting your doctor's to perhaps try and find someone that specializes in that one particular area versus

Im 6 days post op from an implant exchange, lift and lipo. Let me just say WOW! This is not my first rodeo with plastic surgery. I consulted three different surgeons prior to this procedure. After my initial consult with Dr. Spies I felt confident he was the right surgeon for the job. Everything from pre-surgery visits, to surgery day to my post office visit today has been A+.
It is still early on in my healing, but I can already tell my results will be fantastic. There are many choices of surgeons in the Scottsdale area. Im beyond pleased I chose Dr. Spies. He is very talented. Him and his staff

Dr.Spies is absolutely amazing!!! He really took the time explaining everything about my procedure at the consultation but also really listened to what I wanted the end result to look like. I am 3 weeks post op and I am so thrilled with my results! Exactly what I wanted!

I am almost 5 months post breast augmentation and I am SO happy with my results. Dr. Spies is very genuine and actually listens to what you do and don't want. He answers any and all questions you may have and he actually spends time with you to make sure you feel comfortable every step of the way. He will give you his professional opinion and is not the type of Doctor to just tell you want you want to hear so that you'll go with him. His staff is incredible and so sweet! I am so happy! Dr. Spies and his entire office staff were amazing! I am 5 weeks post breast augmentation and so pleased with the results! After having two kids and breastfeeding, my breasts were lacking the fullness they had pre-kids. They are back now and better than ever! Dr. Spies listened to all of my wants, needs, and any questions or concerns I had. He took his time and very thoroughly went over the entire surgery and what to expect.
