Manager for Newland apartments is terrible. It's been about a year since i have been asking her for maintenance on the apartment and till this day only one thing has been done to it. Every time i call her to remind her about t work on the apartment and she always says she'll start working on the apartment next week. I've been residing at this apartment for more than 13 years and ever since nothing has been done, as far as restoring, to the apartment. so the apartment needs a lot of work. Rent has gone up by $275 within a year.
