Everything the professional floor mechanic needs to achieve superior results. And to the people that are pissed about the return policy....
After 2 weeks your flooring has acclimated to your environment. If your environment is different than the next persons their floor has a very high chance of a failure. I am a professional flooring mechanic with over 24 years in the field. I have never seen any hardwood distributor with a different policy. Hire a professional and you wouldn't have had enough extra to return.

Terrible customer service. I tried to return some wood finish (unopened, with receipt), and was told that since it had been more than 30 days since my purchase, they would not give me a refund. 30 day return policy? This is not indicated on the receipt, and there are no signs in the store indicating this policy. They still sell the product at the same price as when I bought it 6 weeks ago- there is no good reason to refuse the return. They clearly just don't care about customer service. Shop somewhere else.
