I highly recommend Rockwall Dermatology! Dr.Saucier and her staff are very helpful and knowledgeable with my hair loss concerns. I went to multiple doctors before Dr.Saucier and she was the only one that recognized that I was suffering with androgenetic alopecia. Dr Saucier came recommended in a Rockwall Facebook group I am in. I called to book an appointment to sadly be informed they could get in, in 2 months. I asked if they had a cancellation list and they said yes, so I was added to it. After failed attempts to get in early (they call you and if you don't answer on the spot your out of luck) a month later I got to finally see Dr. Saucier for a full body exam. The entire staff was friendly and polite as well as knowledgeable on all concerns that I had. The Doctor answered all of my questions and I left the appointment more prepared to take care of my skin care needs and equipped with a daily regimen. Dr. Saucier is absolutely amazing and has a wonderful bedside manner. I went to her for alopecia. She was understanding and helpful and offered options in terms of treatment. She also set realistic expectations and helped me understand both the conditions and what to expect from treatment. Maggie, her nurse, is just as wonderful, and the rest of the staff is awesome as well! I’ll be her patient for as long as I live in Texas.

I've been a patient at Rockwall Dermatology for years and have always had a great experience. Dr. Saucer is very friendly, professional and thorough. I neglected going for yearly skin checks and when I did finally go in, she found the early stages of melanoma. She removed it promptly and it healed beautifully. I'm so thankful for her expertise and, now, never miss my yearly exams. The staff is also friendly and professional. I've never felt rushed or had to wait long for appointments.

Dr. Jessica was fantastic. The first thing that impressed me was her and her team were right on time. No waiting 15-20 mins once I arrived which seems to have become the norm elsewhere. Dr. Jessica was very thorough. She not only checked out a rash I was developing but took the time to look over my entire body to ensure there was no evidence of melanoma etc. Extremely nice, efficient, professional and very kind. That best describes Dr. Jessica and her entire team.

I was waiting a while for my skin issue to clear up before I wrote a review. It was my first time going to a dermatologist so I was quite nervous but the staff was very friendly and Dr Saucier was ver professional and courteous as well. The one big plus about this office that I have never experienced going to Dr before is THEY VALUE YOUR TIME! I spent 5 min in total if that waiting to be seen. Attempted to become a new patient today for several concerns, upon recommendation by another dr. After giving all personal info and insurance, I scheduled the soonest appt available (4 weeks out). Appt times for this 1 dr practice were 10 minutes apart. I wanted to confirm my appt would be long enough to fully discuss all of my concerns, as this would be my first appt with a Dermatologist. If I could give Dr. Jessica 0 stars I would. After having my baby, my pregnancy resulted in some of my small moles to get fairly big. My midwife suggested to go to a dermatologist to get it checked out just to be safe. Dr. Jessica made me feel like a complete idiot for coming and was laughing at me my behind my back to her assistant as I sat there naked beneath that thin sheet they make you wear. I am still scarred by that experience and do not recommend her at all.
