Services
Kitchen appliances - Why would a buyer pay top dollar for a kitchen with ancient appliances? Examine the condition of appliances, plumbing, electrical, heating, air conditioning, the roof and structural elements of your house. Create a notebook using a 3-ring binder that shows all the updates your home has had, what schools and restaurants are nearby, etc.
All applications are done online along with background checks, credit reports, payments, deposits, etc. The property is not locked down until BOTH a) the lease is signed and b) the security deposit is received. 6. Move in and the TENANT must complete the move-in inspection electronically. It is the tenant's responsibility to document and issues, maintenance, or cleaning issues upon move-in.

Robin and Roby are fantastic. Robin was extremely flexible and on top of things throughout the whole process. Her background in architecture is an incredible asset to bring to the table as well. Roby really helped us understand the home buying process better even though this was our second time purchasing. He has a lot of tools and brings a wealth of knowledge that is extremely value when buying or selling. Definitely recommend going with the Carnival team!

Roby is AWESOME!
We bought a home recently and Roby was our realtor. Here is how I would describe him.
1. Dependable
2. Responsive
3. Detailed
Dependability is HUGE. He does what he says (a rare trait these days). He is *always* on top of whats happening - through the whole process.
Responsiveness is also a major factor. When you ask a question that has you, perhaps, worried because a banking issue, or bad inspection report etc., your realtors response time matters! Roby is so on top of it that your mind stays at rest.
