I'm new to Scottsdale and took a dress into get a new zipper to wear on Christmas Eve. I suggested to Olga to put in a reverse ( so u can visually see it ) zipper as the material of the dress on the back was thick. After she insisted to use a regular zipper I picked it up on Christmas Eve and the dress would not zip. I took it back to get it repaired again and we all agreed to use a reverse zipper. I was told they would charge me again to repair the zipper. The owner was not in the store today and three of the employees agreed with me that I should not be charged again for this service but since

I had a last minute wedding gown that I needed alterations and Adrianna was very, very helpful. I got the dress back early, and the alterations were done really well. Price was also good too. I highly recommend this location or the Biltmore location. Extremely pleased and grateful I found this alteration shop and for Adrianna's help.

I had a emergency wedding dress alteration that was very last minute. Adriana was really fantastic on the phone and when I went in, she was so helpful and attentive. She helped me get my alteration done in one day!!!! This was such a stressful time for me and she helped lift a huge weight off of my shoulders. Fantastic service!!!

10/8/19 Absolutely love these ladies! I brought a pair of jeans in last week on a Tuesday. They pinned them for me, explained the two different types of finishes at the bottom, then asked me when I would like to pick them up. I said anytime this week and the woman there offered them to be ready the next day- this never happens to me (quick service). I actually had to wait until Thursday to pick them up, and when I did, they look AMAZING. I'm so glad I found them- I will definitely be bringing more of my pants back to them to hem down to a 28" inseam!

My wedding dress situation was an absolute mess. I bought the dress, but then I had a baby... Hips got wider, chest got bigger. I was a wreck as I had visited a few other tailors who pretty much refused to help me find a solution. Then I remembered that this shop was here, figured I'd probably hear the same things all the other tailors said, but no, she didn't mention anything as the others had and was determined to help me. She had me come back a week later after taking out the seams and had me try it on to measure and explain what the next steps were in my alterations. I cannot tell you how much

No, just no. Yes hi this is that young teenage girl who came in a week ago with my prom dress. Hey I can put up with a touch of attitude for a good job at a reasonable price but I was told I would have to pay $180 for a few inches to be taken off. Attitude was appalling, customer service non-existent. I would have considered paying if the woman behind the counter wasn't such a snobby bit**. BEWARE, save your money and stay far FAR away.
