Established in 2016, Three Roses Studio has started its journey and became Fairfield FIRST studio. Frankie Frieri has been looking into Fairfield, Connecticut for its beautiful downtown scene, beaches, its culture and great vibes. Fairfield has been the only town in Fairfield County to not allow an art gallery/tattoo studio to flourish.
We look to break boundaries and help the art community breathe more life into Fairfield. Three Roses Studio is a vibrant, upscale art studio/gallery/tattoo parlor here at Three Roses Studio, we are looking to keep in touch with we feel as the most important idea that makes us feel alive - art. Becoming a better artist is what we strive to do everyday.

Absolutely incredible experience! Frankie was welcoming, friendly, accommodating, and extremely professional. I had a great time, and I feel like I made a new friend. I could not be more grateful, impressed, and happy with my experience with Frankie at Three Roses. This was my first tattoo and he made it an incredible experience, providing comfort, expertise, and friendship through the entire process. Frankie is hands down one of the greatest!! He’s very professional, easy going and his work is fantastic. His studio is comfortable, and I appreciate the one-on-one experience. He’s able to work around my schedule as well. It’s incredible to see him grow! My tattoo took maybe three years due to my insane work schedule, but I love the outcome. It was well worth it. I got a full Japanese sleeve. The detail is outstanding. Frankie is well knowledgeable and highly skilled. I couldn’t be happier. I can’t wait for The next one!!!

Frankie provided me a thorough consultation, I shared with him my ideas and thoughts and he came up with a custom tattoo I won't see on anyone else. Honestly, this guy is suuuuper nice, my sister and I got matching tattoos a while back from him. But his work is really crappy. His lines aren’t good, and the shading is absolutely horrible. My sister got her tattoo fixed pretty quickly after and I’m hoping I can get mine fixed anyway now! There is a BIG difference when someone makes great art on… paper, and his drawings looked pretty good, but tattooing is a completely different skill set and this guy DOES NOT have it. I do not recommend this “tattoo studio” if you’re looking to get good work to stay on your

I absolutely loved every aspect of my tattoo experience with Frankie at Three Roses Studio. I had been planning a unique henna piece tattooed on my upper arm/shoulder for over a year. Whether it’s your first or fifth (or more) tattoo, everyone says talk to the artist and see if you have a connection. If so, share your vision and work with them to create the right piece for YOU. This studio isn't top rated for nothing - Frankie is unbelievably talented and has tattooing down to a science. The studio itself is clean , comfortable and inviting. Frankie worked with my boyfriend and I and created gorgeous pieces even better than we had imagined. This was by far the gentlest, least painful tattoo i've ever gotten and Frankie was kind enough to check on me during it , and finished it in record time. I would 10/10 recommend him to anyone who wants a beautiful authentic Japanese style tattoo . We will definitely be returning to finish up our pieces in the near future

I went to Three Rose Tattoo for my very first tattoo. I take cleanliness very seriously and that is one thing that I truly liked about the studio. I went in for a consultation with Frankie and went in with an idea but Frankie came up with an amazing idea that I love. The quality and cleanliness of the shop was incredible as was the quality of the artwork that Frankie showed. It does not feel like a traditional tattoo shop as it feels much more personal and welcoming. Frankie is very welcoming and easy to talk to which makes him someone you can trust and get the best quality work you could hope

I got my second tattoo here and it has caused me to question if I ever want another. I went to the owner wanting a small heart, but he insisted I needed to make it bigger because of fading (I understand this is standard for many tattoos however the end result could certainly have been done a lot smaller as I have seen others with far better results) I agreed as I had little experience or knowledge of tattoos and trusted him when he said he could not make it smaller. Best tattoo experience ever! Quick email responses and even had a consultation before getting the tattoo. It shows how Frankie genuinely cares about what what type of tattoo you want and also adds his input and ideas. That gave me a different perspective and a better understanding of what I truly wanted. Frankie is passionate, professional and most importantly extremely talented. I recently received a script tattoo on my forearm. It was my first tattoo and Frankie really helped collaborate in the design of the tattoo and then ultimately executed perfectly exactly what I was looking for. If you are looking for a serious tattoo artist, who will put his heart and soul into the project, look no further than Frankie and Three roses studio. Also, the studio is more like an art gallery than a tattoo parlor and I mean that in a positive way.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!! This guy is completely incompetent and UNSKILLED!! He messed up my simple crystal diagram tattoo (that I arrived with already photoshopped + printed to scale.. literally all he had to do was copy it on transfer paper and tattoo straight lines. His positive reviews are completely mind boggling. Please, spare yourself the trauma I experienced and DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Excellent experience! Frankie's studio is a true gem of Fairfield county. If you're looking for a place to get a meaningful tattoo that is not like a traditional biker parlor - this is the place for you. Frankie has step up his studio to be inviting and calming. It is very clean - coming from someone that works in the healthcare field that's the first thing I noticed. I also watched Frankie disinfect throughly after my tattoo was complete. My husband was able to sit near me on a couch and watch tv during my entire tattoo - which was comforting to me.

Honestly I wish I could give Frankie more than 5 stars he is an out of this world tattoo artist. I sent him my idea for a tattoo and he drew it up for me better than I could've imagined. He really cares about the customer and making sure they feel comfortable and he makes them feel at home. Tattoos can be scary for some people and he makes it easy and painless. Honesty I don't think I can go anywhere else for tattoos besides Frankie because of his artwork and dedication to really giving you the best tattoo possible. I absolutely loved my experience at Three Roses Tattoo studio. My tattoo came out even better than I could imagine it to be. The studio is very relaxed and Frankie does a great job of making you feel comfortable and frequently stopped to make sure I was doing okay. His work is amazing and overall it was a great experience. You can tell he really strives to do the best job possible. I will definitely be coming here for any future tattoos!

Frankie is one of the nicest and most respectful people I have ever met. This was my first tattoo and he made sure I felt as comfortable and safe as I possibly could. Three Roses is by far the nicest tattoo studio I've ever been to! It reminded me more of a spa/art gallery more than a tattoo parlor.
