Very unprofessional, was set up with Benjamin who on multiple occasions wouldn't call me for my appts and when I would call in I would speak to jamie who would then reschedule me. This happened another 3 times before they told me I should look for other places to attend therapy and that they would Fax my assessment over, because of his medical issues he was having. I found another place and reached out to helping professionals to fax over said assessment. They then told me I had to come in to sign a release form to have it sent over, which I did. Now a week goes by and they did not fax one over

They are probably excellent for people in substance recovery, as that is what they seem to cater to. I went for mental health issues and after several months of sessions I finally had to quit. I won’t throw my provider under the bus, as I don’t entirely blame her. However, I lost both my job and my disability income due to the center’s inability to provide necessary documentation in a timely manner. That’s a pretty big deal.
Also, seeing a very pregnant employee standing near the front entrance smoking a cigarette made me think that wellness may not be their priority.

I'd like to think this place was started to help build better communities through the services they provide, but at the end of the day it is a for profit business. My experiences with HPWC left me realizing that extracting the most money from every patient is directly in line with their fiduciary responsibility. They are probably very successful due to their business model and because their services are in high demand, but I believe that as a business they are capitalizing on every patient that comes through the door. A couple extra UA's here and there, extra one on ones, false positive UA's to

MONEY HUNGRY! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY
EDIT 2/3/15 Changed from no stars to 4
I recieved a call from I believe the new owner who wanted to talk about my experience and what was so bad about it. She explained how they had cleaned out their staff and management and are making changes. She then refunded my money and apologized for any inconvenience.
My review was from OVER A YEAR AGO! Most new owners would just be like ehhh its old not our problem blah blah blah. But she took it the time to call me and apologize and then be so kind to refund me. I was shocked. Thank you for making up for
