Dropped off clothes, employee was pleasant, was in and out in a few minutes, and clothes will be ready tomorrow which I thought they would take longer because I'm sure they're busy and I dropped off MANY pounds! Plus I got to see the laundromat in person which there are a lot of machines/dryers and they're newer. It wasn't crowded at all (was there about 2:45 on a Thursday), and it was very clean. In addition, the location is great with good parking; I meant to check the prices for machines as this may be my new spot. I used this laundry mat service for drop off and pick up for a few months. The first issue started with they offer pick up, but they won't pick up at your door, they will meet you at the front of the building. Second issue all my white laundry came back blue, only to be told by the manager that they had a problem with the downy, but never contacted me to tell me, they just sent it to me that way. Third issue is I have a new born who wets our bed so I soak and rinse everything and send them in a separate bag, asking to weigh it after the wash, which they were doing for months, instead on three

Clean place. Free dryers kind of. The washers are expensive donut balances its self out. They have a charging station for your phone, soda and snack machines. Pick up and drop off service. I'm giving for starts because I feel they don't interact with there customers even with a greeting. Overall nice place

This place is super clean and well-maintained in terms of cleanliness. I believe the pricing of the washers deter the large crowds. If you don’t mind paying a little extra for cleanliness and quiet, this is the spot. My only problem with this place, the dryers do not dry well. You can end up drying the same bit of clothes for an hour and still have damp clothing. I spoke to the manager about this. I did not want a refund. I would like him to invest in fixing the dryers. I have also used their laundry pick up and drop off service from my home. It is not bad. Next day service. It too is pricey

I just moved to New York in March and due to the pandemic, I was lost with how I was going to get my laundry done. I never did laundry and admire the services that are offered from companies that do. I had my assistant to look up laundry services and she couldn't find one. Then I stumbled across Woodfield Laundromat Express!!!! The driver was so polite and absolutely handsome! His customer service was beyond impeccable and I received a 24 hour turnaround for my laundry. They are clean and smell exceptionally good!!! I am so thankful for this laundry express company and this is the first grandeur

Dishonest. I needed a laundromat and a search turned up several options in my area. Woodfield offered a $10.00 laundry card for first time customers. So I filled in the information. The next morning I arrived and was told that the offer was no longer valid. Not only that, they wanted $2.00 to purchase a laundry card. I left. I hate dishonest people.

I've used Woodfield in the past and have been satisfied,but not thrilled with, the results. I've also received items that did not belong to me on multiple occasions and I've had to contact Woodfield to let them know and have them pick these items up.
This past order was the last straw. I had three items dry cleaned, yet none of these items actually made it back with the rest of my clothing. This is over $500 worth of lost clothing. The receipt also lists the clothing items I wanted to dry clean, so it is clear it's not an error on my part.

You don't need to be a genius to know how laundromats work now. It's a business. There are no quarter machines anymore, kiosks are available to us now that accept dollar bills in exchange for a $1.00 Laundry debit card to use on each washing machine. Dryers are FREE here and I appreciate that they have committed to this as a part of the service. A laundry attendant will start the dryer for you once you are ready to dry.

New and nice laundry machines, but be very careful they don't tell you there is a non refundable $1.00 fee for the card that you need to buy in order to use the machines, and they won't also return any money left on the card. As you could see the pictures bellow there is no sign any where advising people that the money left on the card is non refundable and that the card's machine won't give you change back. Look at the picture not even the card has any information on regards to no receiving a refund and fees. This is very misleading, and it's not right. There should be

Would give zero stars if I could. Jessica was on FaceTime the entire time she was with us, told her we needed a suit pressed by Friday she said okay. We came in Friday, suit wasn't ready and starts fighting with us telling us "it is not her problem" and that the suit is just "gone with another company." Asked for a managers number and was told she "didn't have it". She should be fired.
Update: got the suit back, and THEY LOST PART OF THE SUIT!!!!!!!! The pants are gone!

i can't belive i can say that this is the best service i've used, but i am!
i sent in my comforter (i had used another service last time, and it came back stiff and unpleasant) i contacted woodfield, and they were responsive every time my pick up was ON time, my deliver back was On time the delivery guys are SO pleasant and then i gave them a Persian/Turkish rug; this place could have just gone ahead and cleaned it, to make money - but instead, i was contacted and told that they prefer to

This is the best laundry service in the area, I used to come and do my own laundry, Is a little far from my house, but I don't mind it because the place is always clean, now with the holiday season it has been difficult for me to go and do my own laundry so I decided to use their pick up and delivery service, I am very satisfied with their outstanding service, my clothes was wash as if I did it myself, their drivers are very friendly and I will definitely continue to use their services.

I had to lower my review by one star I do however love this laundromat and I like their pick up and delivery from them my problem is the software they are using for pick up and delivery is not fixed as far as charges are concerned and never get same day delivery and get charged expedited fees for each day of the week and has not been corrected . I just hope they fix this software and soon . I will correct it when the problem is fixed . I have been a loyal customer since they opened

Best laundromat ive been too. Very well kept, nice employees, and working washers. I love coming here. Not much else to say only issue is i wish they were open after midnight thats pretty much my only sadness...oh and dryers are free and if you come between 6-8am its 10% off washers. Its even wifi accessable to keep your kids quiet and entertained...

I really like this place. It's always clean. The tables and the baskets you use for your laundry are spotless. I have not went to another laundromat ever since I came here about a month ago. They have free wifi here and televisions while you wait. The staff is always friendly. The washers are a little more expensive than the usual but it is offset by the free dryers. They have various sizes of washing machines and dryers. There is a vending machine available with cleaning products for clothes that is very affordable. There are many laudromats in the area, but this is fairly clean and the staff is friendly. The only issue I have is that broken machines are not always properly labeled, despite the staff knowing the issue ahead of time. Although one can understand that equipment breaks from time to time, it is a waste customers' and staff's time by not marking the ones out of order.

This is the nicest, cleanest laundromat I've ever been to. I am in a different area everyday for work, so I've used a good amount of them, and this one wins. Good thing it's near my office, so I'm in the area often. Most recently I was here on a holiday Monday. It did get a little busy after 12 noon, but it was fine. The attendants have always been really nice, and it's not that big of a deal to get them to start a (FREE!) dryer for you. (I get why they do that, it prevents people from using them longer than they need to, or abusing the system.)

Great addition to the neighborhood. Went there recently and washed some clothes. The place is very clean, modern and the attendants are friendly. My only suggestions though is that there should be more seating (at least one chair per table). Also, the dryers are free, which is a bonus, however you have to get an attendant to run them for you, which can get annoying especially when the attendant is busy assisting another customer. They should just be preset to run by themselves. Other than that, good job so far.
