Mulan Laundries is a premium pick-up and delivery laundry service in New York City. We provide wash and fold (bulk) laundry pick-up services for Residential, and Commercial customers. We professionally clean and finish your garments, linens, etc., then return them to you neatly folded in plastic bags or on a hanger ready to be put away.
Processing over 1,000,000 pounds per year, Mulan Commercial Laundry New York operate under universal precautions in processing to adhere to JACHO and OSHA regulated standards. We use only quality products in our processes and we are constantly in search of new and improved products to extend the life of our customer's linen while providing a clean, white and fresh smelling product.
Give us your dirty laundry, we'll wash it, fold it, and package it up for you. What could be easier? All clothes are separated into white and colored loads and washed separately. I have been using their commercial laundry services for almost 2 years now. The best part about them is that they understand the Spa business and the need of clean and fresh towels and sheets every single time without fail.
They are always on time, and go out of their way to accommodate us us on busy days. They also separate damaged items for us so we don't have to be embarrassed in my front of our customers during Spa service.
I would recommend them to anyone looking for a long-term and trusted laundry partner.

This laundry mat is VERY inconsistent. Some of the staff work hard, whereas other staff seems to stand around and watch movies and talk on their phone even though they have bags of laundry waiting to be done. When they do randomly decide to start working, they will not let you do your own laundry and will tell you to come back another day. This even applies if they are not currently working on anything. Secondly, the washers and dryers are frequently broken/breaking. If the washer does "eat" your quarters, they will accuse you of not putting enough quarters in the machine.

This is possibly the worst laundromat around! Stay far away. Small broken machines. Dirty. Dryers never available. Workers are rude and non-English speaking. Narrow aisles. Most of the machines are used for commercial customers. Place is hot and damp. Workers don't let you down the aisle. Wheels on carts are broken. Front door flies open and slams. Expensive for what it is. Worst part are the nasty employees who don't even want to give you quarters and act like they are doing you a favor by providing any service or answering questions. Told me all the dryers were taken for delivery orders they were fulfilling, and left me with WET LAUNDRY! Directed me to wait 45 minutes or go elsewhere with wet laundry!! No compensation or help of any kind! RUDE STAFF! Also, another time, couldn't get any hot water! Machines need repair! Terrible!!!

This service does not value their customers' time- only use them if you don't value your own. Asked for pick up service. No one showed up for an hour. Called, he said he needed another 45 minutes. I called back an hour after the 45 minutes were up, he said the guy was on his way but I should really not be surprised by this width of window, for next time. I asked if he really thought he merited a next time. He said, after I sat around waiting in my apartment for nearly THREE hours - put off going to the grocery store, going to the bank, going to the pharmacy - that he was canceling on

The dry cleaners at 172 East 89 th st next to the laundry is called. WILLIE CLEANERS.
I took back by girlfriends suit jacket after she discovered it had been ruined -hole in sleeve and lapel shredded after being cleaned here.
Their first reaction was " Not here we never cleaned that"
After some persuasion they admitted they had cleaned it in mid December.
I was told to leave the jacket and they would send it to their cleaning facility.
I returned 3 days later the jacket hadn't been moved.
First excuse was that the damage had occurred prior to cleaning,then I was told that

This is a HORRIBLE HORRIBLE dirty place. Unfriendly, nasty bunch of rude non-speaking English people. Probable working for very low pay. I have reported this place to consumer affair after one day going into wash a load of laundry and the machine I had, took my money but did not work. When I told the girl I put my money in the machine. She ignored me at first then told me I was a liar in broken English. This sparked an argument Police were called over $2.50. All the Machines look like there falling apart and dirty. I don't know how they get away with running a business like this. I will

Kind of the whole point of dropping off you laundry to a wash and fold is that it's washed and folded. Just picked up and my laundry was not folded? Told me to come back tomorrow!? I said ok? But I need my clothes so just give me 50 or 33 percent off? No! You pay all or we keep your bag! AVOID AVOID AVOID

Sure, it's a cheap laundromat but $2.50 per wash for a small washing machine and $2.50 for a half hour dry is a rip off. It's super close to my apartment so I went there a handful of times but my latest experience has completely deterred me from this place.

I've used Mulan for the free pickup and delivery. My clothes have always been returned clean and smelling nicely. Mulan is also one of the cheaper laundry places I've found on the UES -- and they walk up to my fifth floor walk up.
I've never been to the on-site laundry premises but the men who pick up and deliver the laundry are fine. Not super friendly but that's not a problem for me.
