If I could give a zero I would, this place is an annoyance to the neighborhood, they have truck with loud banging lift gates 24 hours a day, backing up beeping in the middle of the night, they are a complete nuisance without any regard about the people who live above them or across the street etc. I asked a driver to turn off the truck from idling for an hour while he waited for the laundry, which btw is against the law, and he just walked away not caring.
Do not give these people your business the place looks dirty and disgusting as well.

Ugh, I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I am a full-time grad student with a full-time internship and full-time job. After doing some math, it worked out that it would only cost slightly more to bring my laundry to this place and save myself two hours every week. I did this for almost a year with minimal problems - a lost sock/undershirt here or there, but nothing major. About a month ago I go to pick up my laundry, and they just say, "we can't find it, come back tomorrow." Uhm ,okay? So I go back the next day, same thing. They were extremely unprofessional.
