Chris helped us on our first loan, and I'm so thankful he was able to help us on our second, he has made the process very easy. Both Chris and Alex keep a open line of communication, and explains things throughly. We will forever go to Chris for all. Chris did an amazing job working through my refinance and coordinating the necessary inspections, documentation and signatures.

Amazing guy and team. Ethical and has an outstanding work ethic. I recommend him to everyone that has questions about real estate loans - including my mom. I mean that literally. I have worked alongside him on dozens of loans and he has an uncanny ability to get loans closed.
Don't call him and think he can work a miracle on your 400 FICO - but he will take the time to tell you how to get where you need to be. Great guy.

Chris Shoemaker was amazing! As a first time home buyer, I knew I was in great hands. Everything was efficient and anytime I had a question, he was there to answer it. Christa W was on his loan team and she was fabulous as well, always reaching out whenever they needed something to make sure the loan closed on time. I’m pretty sure we got the clear to close 2 weeks before my closing date. 15/10 would def recommend! Chris made buying a house easy, by the time I got to closing I thought, “was that it?!” Absolutely no stress!
