The reason I chose this place was because one Sat I needed a little help and even though closed, they answered the door and graciously helped me out. I decided to give them a try and am very pleased. Did not meet Dan but Heather is very enthusiastic and informative. Prices seem reasonable. Seems like they really care about the job they do.

We met while working together at a local independent shop in Littleton in 2015. Our passion for our customers created a bond that we want to share with the community. Natives to Colorado, Dan grew up in Evergreen and Heather grew up in Colorado Springs. We eventually found each other through our desire to do right by the customer.
Check Engine Light: Did you know that just because you have a fault code for an oxygen sensor or a mass air flow sensor it doesn't mean that replacing that component will resolve your issue? Often times a fault code presents itself because that particular component recognizes that it's not getting the correct information.

Vehicle is thoroughly inspected for all identifiable maintenance, service and repair needs. Receive a comprehensive inspection with pictures, videos and technician notes via email or text link. Post-inspection, prioritized and need based consultation to include education as to what the vehicle needs, why it needs it and how to prepare.

Brought in a used car for pre-sale inspection. Dan and Heather got me in pretty last minute, which I couldn't appreciate more. Unfortunately, the car was not a good value purchase. Fortunately, Heather and Dan made sure I knew exactly what the issues were, told me to bring my next purchase option in, and promised to make sure I land in a good one for a good price. If you're looking for a safety check, or inspection and want to understand what could possibly be going on with your vehicle, look no further than booking your car here. It gets busy but the atmosphere is very cozy, and makes you feel at home. The front staff know what they're talking about, and can help you figure out what's best for your vehicle care. Seriously. I'm from Michigan, and I typically do my own work too, but I just couldn't since I was from out of town without the tools. At least they were kind and considerate enough to get me back on the road within the same day of my appointment

I am so happy that I chose Genuine Auto to look at my car when I was having issues. They did a full diagnostic and explained to me everything that was wrong with my car as well as what needed to get fixed and what could wait if the issues weren't bothering me. Heather did such an amazing job at explaining the issues in a way that I understood (I know nothing about cars) which I so appreciated. I felt super comfortable in the shop, everyone was so nice and helpful!!

I cannot say enough good things about Genuine and how well they treat their customers. They caught an issue with my Subaru's transmission and luckily was still under warranty so they told us to take it to a Subaru dealer that could honor the warranty. The Subaru dealer (Groove Subaru in Englewood) has been AWFUL and I'm beyond grateful to Genuine for essentially going to bat for us and giving us the details we need to push Groove to honor the warranty and do the job right! Dan and Heather are the most honest and most professional mechanics I have ever met. I went to Genuine Auto Repair to get a third opinion on my rack opinion. One shop said to replace it and another one said not to replace it. I wasn’t sure what was true and not. I took it to genuine auto repair and was amazed how professional and honest Dan and Heather were. I recommend Genuine Auto Repair to anyone because they are not going to rip you off or suggest any parts that don’t need to be fixed right now. They will show you what needs to be fixed and what doesn’t on your car. I will be coming back
