The cost of routine eye exams and prescription eyewear can be a real worry, especially for large families. In many cases, vision insurance can lower these annual expenses. Vision insurance is not the same as health insurance.
While regular health insurance plans protect you against financial losses due to unexpected eye injuries or disease, vision insurance is a policy benefit designed to provide routine eye care, prescription eyewear and other vision-related services at a reduced cost.In addition to most major medical insurances, we accept most major vision insurance plans.

I was seen on time by friendly but professional staff. The doctor listened carefully and finished with a thorough examination of my eyes. He explained the exam followed by checking if I had any more questions. Like his staff he was professional yet friendly. Afterwards I was helped to choose a new pair of glasses. It was a pleasant and satisfactory appointment.

The staff is always considerate and helpful with anything I have to ask. If I am almost out of contacts and need to order new, they will give me enough to get me thru till my order comes in. They always keep in touch to let me know about appts and contact orders.
Dr. Wolf is an incredible doctor. He is very personable and listens to any concerns you may have. Makes you feel very comfortable and will help you save money by checking into discounts, rebates etc. I have never been more pleased with the way I see now. I will never go anywhere else. :)

I have been going to NFEC for 3 years now. I see Dr. Wolf and he is always friendly, timely, and ready to answer any questions. I brought up a concern last year and he addressed it right away, never making me feel silly for asking a question, and confirmed everything looked great. I struggled to find the correct contacts at first and the office was very patient and helpful in finding the right lens for me. In fact, the entire office staff is always kind! I've also never waited more than a few minutes in the waiting area and typically spend 5 minutes or less waiting for the doctor, which I don't

Went to them last year. Gave me wrong prescription for multi-focal lenses at first, and I said the prescription for my left eye seemed too strong. They gave me a pair that was not as strong as the prescription. Ordered regular lenses, though. This past January, I asked for the prescription for multi-focals, but they gave me wrong one. So, ordered lenses online, and received with the wrong power. Went to NFEC, told them what happened (gave me wrong script), but they said that was the correct prescription. I cannot see anything out of them!!! Now, I am out $100+ for lenses I can't use
