The Circle Apartments at Long Beach offers one and two bedroom apartments and two bedroom townhomes for rent. Proof of Renters Insurance The Circle Apartments at Long Beach must be listed as an additional insured/interested party. Policy must have $100,000 liability coverage and $20,000 personal property coverage.

My name is Carmen and we just moved our son into The Circle. My son is attending Calstate Long Beach and finding an apartment has been a challenge. Jonathan and Alejandra really took their time with us, they even recommended some cool places to eat. This location is great! We are on the waitlist for parking, I hope they get a space soon. Go check them out, they might be full!

I travel for work and lived here for about 9 months. The fact that they offered short term leases was amazing. The move in process was so straight forward. Hannah Hodulik helped with our application and picking an apartment in the best location. She and the whole staff was sooooo nice. I loved everything about the area; very clean and safe. Moving out was also very easy, did a walk through and received my deposit back without any issues! Would totally recommend!!

Crystal, Jonathan and Alejandra are Amazing and couldn't be more happy on move in day! They were all very professional and quick to respond with any questions. The complex is beautiful and everyone is super nice and you cannot complain on LOCATION!!!! Few minutes away from CSULB, Beach and Pet Friendly! Highly recommend this place :))

Didn’t have a great experience applying for this place and I wouldn’t recommend applying in order to potentially save your time.
Initially, we talked with the managers about income requirements. Because of COVID, I lost my job in December, right before Christmas. I was able to secure a new job to start at the beginning of February and I sent them my offer letter (I would make more than enough to cover rent). We applied for an apartment here in January. I was told that if we don’t have income right now, then we need to have enough cash that is 2.5 times the amount of our lease which I was

I swear I love living here. The office staff is the best , they are so friendly and they get on top of any concerns you may have in a blink of an eye, especially if the office manager Crystal over hears. Also I love that they have one assigned parking spot, most apartment buildings in Long Beach there is either no parking or you have to pay $50 for one. And my neighbors around me we all get along and look out for one another. Also I love the new changes they are doing with the place, it looks nice.

I moved here 2 years ago from Colorado. I just knew I wanted to be near the airport, and the beach. I chose the circle apartments. Great location. 10 minutes away from the beach; and 10 minutes away from the airport. Management has been nothing but supportive for every need. Newly remodeled. Beautiful hardwood floors. New windows. Location location location. Just renewed my lease for another year. Dog friendly.

Joined my daughter in a tour of the community. I wanted to be there to ensure she finds a new home that is safe, clean and meets all her needs. She loved the community. I must admit I was impressed with all it has to offer. We are touring another community in the area but as of now this is definitely our top pick!

The property is beautiful, very clean and well kept. Management is professional, friendly and prompt. I was able to view all the beautiful amenities during my tour. Community has bbq areas and 6 conveniently placed laundry rooms. The units were spacious and layout definitely felt like home. I look forward to returning!

I lived here for 3 years and I highly recommend it! There is new owners of the place and they are upgrading the place like crazy! You should get in now before the rent prices match what you are getting. I'm honestly pretty bummed I moved out. Ask for Crystal, she is a awesome manager!
