He completed his initial degree at Gwinnett College, Sandy Springs (formally Rising Spirit Institute).

At Hurts So Good Massage we offer a variety of massage modalities designed to fit your needs. Because our number one priority is your well-being, we will always take the time to understand how we can help you as an individual. Every session is laser focused, and every problem area is addressed. We will work within your comfort level, and we will always strive to exceed your expectations, to ensure that you get the most out of your massage.
To be honest, we're going to use any and every modality we have at our disposal to try and help with managing your pain. Multiple modalities will most likely be utilized during your session, so for now, we have decided to just have one set of rates for your individualized session. Below are the current modalities we use, the rates for our service and some discounts to enjoy!

This was honestly one of the best massages I've ever had. I've never done an at home massage, but really needed someone to work on my muscles and I'm so glad I contacted Stephen. He really knows what he is doing and is very professional and friendly. I will definitely making another appointment with him and don't think I'll be going to anyone else in the future!

Stephen is by far the best massage therapist I have ever had! When I found Stephen, I suffered from the worst back pain, I was literally in tears everyday. I suffered in silence for over 10 years and I've seen Chiropractors and have done physical therapy, but nothing can compare to the relief that I have experience from Stephen's massages! I have been seeing Stephen now for over 2 years consistently each month, and make sure to book my appointments out a few months in advance! I WILL NOT miss a massage appointment, because it is so instrumental to my health. Even my husband noticed a difference

Simply the best massage...ever! Stephen's claim to be Focused, Customized and Therapeutic is very accurate. He finds all my knots and works them out. And having him come to your own home just can't be beat. My only concern about giving this review is that I don't want y'all to take all his spots. Save some for me, Stephen!!!

My regular appointments with Stephen complement my physical therapy and are enjoyable; he’s good at that fine line between between “hurts so good” and just “hurts”. Others have commented about the great massage work he does, so I’ll note that I appreciate his professionalism, for example, text reminders the day before my appointment and quick responses when I need to reschedule. And he always agrees with me when I say “Isn’t my dog the cutest?” even if it’s the 14th time I’ve said it that day!

Amazing!!! Stephen is an amazing massage therapist. I’ve been getting massages for 20 years, for the past two years with Stephen, and he is simply the best. He comes to my home, sets everything up, and gets to work. He is always professional and he can hone in on the areas where I need it the most and work to make my knots feel like butter. I get massages once a month with Stephen and I cannot recommend him enough! Try Stephen once, and you’ll have him back again and again.

He comes to your home and is very professional. His massages are very clinical in nature so anything that is hurting me is addressed and he gives me stretching to help keep it from getting tight. He does do spa massages but it is so hard to find someone who is mobile that is clinical. Highly recommend.

Simply the Best! I have been working with Stephen for almost a year now. Yes, he comes to your home. He is very professional and respectful. His technique is excellent. I get deep tissue. I am a 40+ year post-op scoliosis with rods, screws, titanium. He listens and uses the best methods available. I have been getting massages for about 20 years. Stephen is at the top of my list. I am very fortunate.

I was referred to Stephen by my old massage therapist. He has been coming to my house once a month for several years and is fantastic. I am an amputee so I have issues with over use on the other side of my body and Stephen takes the time to work out the issues. You can't get a better massage therapist and he comes to your house which is super easy.

Stephen was recommended to me by a friend, or else I might have been hesitant to try an in-home massage. But he was wonderful, very professional, and the massage was affordable very helpful in restoring improved mobility around my shoulders and hips.
Because I was already at home, I was able to chill out immediately after the massage without having to first manage to get through traffic. I am sure my yoga practice will be helped, and I already feel more relaxed and was a lot less stiff this morning.

I was a little skeptical having him come to my home considering I found him on yelp but the reviews were so great I had to try for myself and I was not disappointed! It was super convenient and reasonably priced, I was very impressed. Stephen is extremely knowledgeable and eager to help, the massage was amazing. He is also very friendly and makes you feel comfortable. I will definitely have him come back!

Stephen is AMAZING!! He is super professional and knowledgeable. He can work very specifically, treating injury or problem spots, and at the same time can be very relaxing and intuitive with his touch and treatment. I found Stephen by chance on Yelp and wanted to try since he can travel to your place of residence. He's very good as he gets out all of my knots and he is also very professional. I definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a good massage therapist. It is really so much more convenient when you don't have to drive anywhere to get a massage. I found Stephen through a Groupon or discounted coupon site a loooong time ago and have been using him ever since. I was apprehensive at first about an in-home session, but Stephen is super professional, friendly and makes you feel right at home (pun intended). He always does a wonderful job and the best part is that you don't have to drive home after your massage! I Highly recommend Metta Station Massage. His prices are also really reasonable.

I had a great experience with Stephen. This was my first mobile massage in Atlanta. How nice to have someone come to me AND be on time to boot. We set up in my bedroom because I just moved in and had boxes everywhere. Also, it was quieter up there since my boyfriend was watching TV in the living room. My appointment with Stephen was the first time I've had an at home massage. I was a bit apprehensive at first, but Stephen was incredibly professional and personable, making it very easy to relax. He applied pressure based on what I needed, and he took extra time with the areas that were troubling me the most. And he explained what those areas are and what causes that pain, which I really appreciated!
I made my second appointment with him right after our session was over-- also another first for me. I finally have a regular massage therapist!
