I started my deep dive into massage therapy and bodywork 20 years ago as a treatment modality for my overall health and wellness during a physically and emotionally challenging time.
During my two pregnancies, labors and deliveries, massage was my chosen tool for relief and health support. Through these experiences receiving bodywork, I decided to become a licensed massage therapist and create space for the same healing possibilities for others. I understand that the body has the tools to take care of itself and simply needs facilitation for health.
