Kevin did a wonderful job installing our shutters about a year ago. We had 3 shutters across our lani installed along with one on our front door. They turned out so nice, look very sharp and work very easily. I recently misplaced one of our remotes and reached out for a replacement. Kevin got a new remote programmed for me within a day of my request! I could not be happier with the quality, look and excellent service I have received from this company. Top notch! I highly recommend.

Nothing better than buying from a small local business. Kevin, Reliable Shutter Co, sold and installed our shutters several years ago. Whenever I have an issue with the shutter locking system (the shutters alone are solid) I text Kevin and he quickly comes out and addresses every issue to keep our shutters in perfect working order. Reliable shutters is by far the best place for any kind of shutters in this area. Windows doors or sliding glass doors , hurricane or decorative shutters many options are available and professionally installed by this company . The service is professional, friendly and timely also in my opinion reasonably priced .I can highly recommend this company and will use it again .

Kevin @ Reliable Shutters Co. quoted and installed lanai and front door accordion shutters for us in 2018. The job was well done and they were very professional. The shutters have all held up superbly and now we're looking to have Reliable modify the bottom tracks for new pavers. Again our experience with Kevin has been excellent. Highly recommend although they stay extremely busy and so plenty of notice for scheduling is best.

I purchased storm shutters from this company back in 2005 and paid $10,500 for them and installation.
Since then, I have gone to this company three times requesting to speak to the owner Named Kevin concerning need to do improvements on the shutters after hurricane Irma came through our part of Florida. Each time, the secretary took down my information and said he would call me. He never called once. For this reason, I would never purchase anything from this man or his company.
