We've had our shutters for quite a while and recently had an issue with one of them, which looked pretty severe. Although we waited several days for an appointment, the repair techs were on time, well prepared and professional. All was back up and in great operational condition within an hour. We are very pleased!

Sales guy Oliver literally asked us if a 4 month wait was a deal breaker otherwise he wasn't going to come out for a quote. He didn't have pamphlets about the company or anything that would make a person feel good about spring $12,000 for hurricane protection.
He wrote an estimate up by hand with no detailed discussion on options to keeps costs down. I say that because he never even mentioned doing an accordion rolling door system for the entire l lanai. Just each individual window. The same company did that for our neighbors next door. Was he trying to nickel and dime me?

Called them to repair a hurricane shutter.. they were booked out until mid February but I called for cancellations and was able to secure an earlier appointment. Servicemen were polite, efficient and they fixed my hurricane shutter which other companies could not do!!! Highly recommend !!!

Rarely in todays times do I have an opportunity to encounter an excellent company as is Roll Secure Shutters, Naples Fl. RollSecure did follow up! They came to the house, measured the window and installed a new screen at no charge. I wish the process would have been easier, but I do appreciate that they finally handled the situation.
I need a replacement screen for a window RollSecure installed in my home in 2013. It was blown away by the Irma. I've stopped by the office twice and called in at least three times - just trying to get the manufacturing data so that I can have a screen made. I have yet to receive a return phone call and when I stop by the office - there is no one that can help me with that information

Roll Secure Shutters were installed by the original owner when our condo was built. We needed a repair in 2014, which cost $134.25. They recommended we "tune them up" every so often. So we called a few weeks ago and they came out on October 10. Sat in the street in the truck for quite a while both before and after the shutters were oiled/tuned up which didn't take very long at all - approx. 45 minutes - for $186.60 - they even charged us for silicone spray which they used. Seems to us that should have been a necessary part of a tune up, not an extra charge! The very next day

We hired this company after checking out 3 other companies that in all fairness were all competent. Ou shutters arrived about 6 months after placing our order and it was worth the wait. Two tecnicians arrived about 10 am and worked continously until 6:30. They ran wire in our attic to connect to the electrical panel to the units and switch..The shutters were installed including some custom fabrication of one screen so all would fit like a glove.
The building inspector said " In 24years in the building trade he never saw such a professional and well made unit installation".

I contracted Rollsecure Shutters to install hurricane protection on my home in Naples. From the first phone call to set an appointment to the final inspection I was pleased with the company. The time frame for the installation was exactly what I was told, they went above and beyond for me. After waiting 3 months for my new window to come in, it took another month to arrange installation. I wasn't available the only time they offered for installation, and I had to call back several times to finally arrange installation. I was told someone would call me back to schedule it, but they never did. When I finally asked for my money back, they arranged it. I think they are mainly interested in big jobs for condo associations, not individual customers. The installation itself was adequate, but dusty & messy. And I wish I had realized that my new $3,000 Windows don't tilt
