Dr. Patel has been my dentist for around 10 years! Her and her staff are friendly and they have been doing a great job on my teeth. And given my anxiety with things like the dentists/ hospitals, I actually feel comfortable and at ease there during my appointments. I recommend it to anyone in search of a good Dentist.

I hadn't been to the dentist in 3 years due to my severe anxiety of dentists. I decided it was finally time to go, and I am so glad I picked this office to go to. Because of my lack to cleanings over the years I had a lot of build up and Dr. Patel recommended a deep cleaning. I was very nervous the day of the procedure but Dr. Patel and her staff made me feel so comfortable and they put me at ease. They were accommodating and the procedure itself was essentially painless. I really liked Dr. Patel and my treatments. She was very professional and I was always treated with care, even when I was pregnant and required an emergency treatment. So I was really disappointed to see she was trying to secretly overcharge me and slip in costly uncovered expenses. Time got away from us and we hadn’t been keeping up with our treatments. I was impressed with the professionalism and great ethics of this establishment. Dr. Patel is kind and knowledgeable and likes to educate options for those who maybe can’t afford everything needed to be done. This is a wonderful dental office with very caring staff. I have bad dental anxiety, but Dr. Patel and the other hygienists always do their best to make me feel most comfortable. They explain the work that needs to be done and how it will be done. The receptionists are great as well and always willing to deal with pesky insurance companies. I called the office today and corresponded a few times with Margie, who was very helpful verifying my insurance and provided pricing. To my surprise they were able to get me in the SAME DAY for my consultation, which seems to never happen!

After a bad experience elsewhere, I decided to come here. I made the right decision. From the moment I scheduled an appointment I was treated with courtesy and professionalism. The office is taking the proper health precautions during a time of COVID. If you come here you will have transparency, be heard, and not be forced to wait for 1.5-2.5 hours (unlike some places). Everyone was kind and I'm glad I decided to become a patient here.

After putting off going to the dentist for far too long, I took a shot and came to Natomas Dental after seeing they have great reviews on Yelp. Coming here for my first appointment in a year or two, I expected a general checkup and some X-rays, some minor issues to be expected as well. However the entire 45 minute appointment was spent with a technician who had to take multiple X-ray slides repeatedly, until another technician had to come in and do it. Dr. Patel and her team do wonderful dental work. I can often get an appointment fairly quickly and they are quite accommodating to any needs or requests. On my last visit I went to get some fillings and it had been a couple months. While Dr. P was working she said she found another cavity. She easily could have told me to schedule another appointment and have them taken care of, but instead she took care of it right then and there free of charge.

Dr Patel is fantastic! I've had great service so far fixing a few cavities and doing some deep cleaning. My teeth look fantastic afterwards, people asked me if I've bleached them. Very happy with the staff and service. They even take digital pictures for you to see what they are fixing and the difference from before and after. Great reminder system and they help you figure out the best financial way to get your care.

Dr patel and her staff run the most warm and caring dental office ive ever been to in sacramento. I took my father to every dr i could find a few years ago because he stopped eating and they all said he needed a g-tube. He had lost a lot of weight and was deathly ill. One last visit to the dentist b4 i let the put in the g-tub. So i took him to my dentist office NATOMAS DENTAL. And she found the problem immediately (abcess) due to bad dentures from elsewhere.
