Emerson and the ninja were great to work with they have great customer service and made getting our scooters easy and fun will definitely use them again and recommend them to To at least 6 other people when they saw us and how easy the scooters made it to get around thank you guys great work price and equipment was great

Emerson and his group are amazing. We rented 2 scooters , best prices around. They delivered right to our hotel. We had an issue with one of the scooters batteries dying too quickly.. no problem they came to where we were on the strip and exchanged scooters within 20 min. Great customer service! Will definitely use them again! Way to go Emerson and Las Vegas scooters!

Busted a@$ scooter. Couldn't control speed at all.the knob didn't work. The steering wheel keep trying to fold, if had a mostly blown out tire, a bent key and crooked seat not to mention bang up badly. Trying to get them to switch it out & it didn't happen. I go to Vegas often and in past have just rented from the hotel but thought I would try and save money...the savings wasn't worth the headache.

Had the worst experience reserved my scooter on Monday and then they got here and the driver erin tells me it is 35.00 more so why are you all being shady like that to disabled people. I have been renting from you all since 2008 and never had this. I really liked you guys but I guess the friendship is over.

My experience with this company is best summarized by excellent customer service. Doesn’t matter what your situation is at the time of transfer, these guys will meet your need(s) in a calming manner. Pricing was on par with competitors but service was efficient with appropriate attention to details. You won’t be disappointed using these guys.

My wife & I have been very satisfied with Las Vegas Scooters. Another company’s scooters were way too slow and we couldn’t even go the back way between Bellagio and Aria for dinner. The people are wonderful in every way. It’s the only company we’ll rent a scooter from in Vegas, 5 times so far. They work hard to accommodate us and are quick to extend our rental when we change plans to stay longer. Emerson, Eric, Andre and others are always very friendly & professional.
