OMG, bought a scooter here 3 days ago, 2nd day had an upgrade done 3rd day scooter not running, shut off on me at night, had to push it a mile and a half in 102 degree weather.
They came and picked it up , scooter been gone all day, so out 3 days 1 day of riding, im horrified thinking I made a mistake coming here.

Made an online purchase....... What a disapointment....
purchased overnight service, paid in full, and was given the runaround by a gentleman named Wayne. Poor business practice. After all that... when i finally started to get fussy with him, he canceled my order. great customer service. didnt even try to make it right. Thanks Wayne.

When we first called, we knew we would have to have it towed. Gave them our address, they quoted us a price, and said their guy was close to us so it would be picked up quickly. Okay, that's awesome. They quoted us one price to have our moped towed to their location. It was worked on until fixed, and when we went to go pick it up, our towing amount was double! They said because it was so far from the store that that's why we were charged double. Even though they knew the location and said their tow guy was close??? No sense. Won't be coming back.
