The guys at the mobility store were amazing! We were in and out quickly with exactly what we needed. We had a little bit of issues with the child sized wheelchair that my dad picked out for my mom to ride around in around the strip, but even after having a blowout on a tire, Nick took great care of us! We will definitely be renting from these guys soon! However next time, we will tell dad to skip out on the discount for a smaller chair and get one that is adult sizes.

Rude phone people. They do not return calls. Claim they are being yelled at when they do not want to deal with their mistakes. Fail to take responsibility for their mistakes. Will not pass information along to owner of company. Appears they feel entitled to customer's money without providing service. At least the chargeback will be something they have to deal with. A minor inconvenience to them I am sure for the headache they cause. Perhaps if more hold them responsible, they will understand they cannot fleece people.

I was recommended this place by the owner of the smoke shop next door to the Las Vegas mobility store. I called in from out of town on a Saturday and expressed that I needed to rent a wheelchair for 3 days for my mom. She has a stress fracture on her femur and it was going to be my parent's first time in Las Vegas ever. I wanted to be able to have my parents see as much of Vegas in the short time that we'd be there. I wasn't going to be able to be there to pick it up till Sunday, which unfortunately I found out the store is closed then. The owner was so kind to leave it with the next door shop

I own my scooter and was having a problem with it. The tech asked what was wrong and told me it was the batteries. Now my battery box is beat up from the airlines and he could have easily just replaced it for an additional cost. He didn't and got me on my way for great price. Honesty and integrity are not easy to find, but I found it here.

The people who work here are extremely polite and professional. They were Flexible with our pick up and drop off hours. We had to make some changes and the person delivering had to wait for us, he was super nice and courteous. Terenzo came to pick up and was kind enough to walk all the way to our hotel to pick up. Great service. Great prices. Highly recommend

There are many places in Las Vegas that rent mobility scooters. It was my good fortune that I rented mine from the Las Vegas Mobility Store. Their staff is very efficient and courteous. If you are having difficulty in walking, this is the best place to rent all mobility equipment. They have such a big variety of models to choose from. This place was great! We had to rent a wheelchair after my lovely boyfriend bruised both of his heels while hiking in Arizona. Nick was just one of the many store employees who helped us out. He was very knowledgeable about which wheelchair was the right fit, took the time to show me how to properly use the wheelchair and even helped me load it into my car. Renting the chair was relatively easy and very affordable. Just a short application that I had to fill out on my phone, due to COVID I believe. We have been to many medical places for our family needs, we were shopping around for our father. We did not know what kind of scooter we needed or wanted for that case. We stumbled upon this place when we were having breakfast next door, we saw there sign and went inside! Beautiful store, very well organized everything is visible! Trustworthy and understanding! I found Las Vegas Mobility Store on Yelp and thought I would give it a try after I read all the great reviews and especially after the several bad experiences I've had in town. They did not disappoint! My uncle was in town when his scooter broke. I quickly called LVMS and they set me up with a scooter rental and we were on our way to the strip!
