I didn't know the first thing about having a Trust and how important it was. My Mom and I attended a seminar and signed up the same day. The company is prompt and professional. Positive: I had a simple estate and likely could have used documents from legal zoom but was advised by friends and family better to use a lawyer to make sure things were done correctly. AmerEstate lawyer and notary reviewed documents and asked about issues I had not considered so I am glad I spent the extra money. Good value considering the quotes I received from others for the same services. It was very convenient that the notary came to my house and reviewed documents in person.

My wife and I needed to update our Trust and Directives. Gina Knickerbocker did a fantastic job of getting all the necessary paperwork for us to fill out. She scheduled the phone appointment with the attorney, and everything ran smoothly.
A week later Gina brought the Trust and Directives to our house for us to sign, all organized in a binder. Since she is also a notary we completed everything in less than an hour.

Apparently they lie to you when you attend one of their seminars. I was told that the attorney will meet you at your house to finalize everything. Which is great because I am trying to update a trust for a disabled family member.
Came to find out that everything happens via phone and since they were unable to understand my family member over the phone. They cancelled us and where extremely rude about it.
Don't use this company, they will take your money and string you along for months without a single call to you.

Greg, the president himself, contacted us, created the letter himself, apologized and spent considerable amount of time explaining our options.
