Jin Jin Chinese Restaurant proudly serves delicious food to the greater Huntersville community. Jin Jin is pretty good. Ordered sesame chicken, chicken fried rice and chicken mei fun. Sesame chicken was good and tasty. Broccoli was very fresh. Chicken fried rice was disappointing - almost no chicken (two very tiny pieces in a large container).
Chicken mei fun was. Very nice staff, food is great and always fresh! Make sure to call in your order because it's not really a sit down and eat kind of place even though they have chairs and tables. I would recommend to get one of the dinner combos because their egg rolls and pork fried rice are.

I ate there for the first time on 1-2-21, but didn’t eat the food until the following day. I ordered shrimp fried rice a meal that I eat ALLL the time and requested extra onions. I had 1.5 spoonfuls and had an allergic reaction my throat closed and I ended up at urgent care. I’m curious as to how they prepared it. I know no known allergies. I’m a pescatarian which was so bizarre. I literally had hibachi the previous night. So yeah I will not be returning…

I’m new to the area so I read the reviews and some mentioned this was the best around so I decided to try it. This was absolutely the worst Chinese Food I’ve ever had. We just ordered shrimp fried rice and the rice was incredibly dry, there was nothing in the rice but shrimp and maybe an onion or two(maybe). No eggs, no other vegetables and very little shrimp. Even my husband(who never complains about food) said it was terrible. I won’t go back

I didn't realize how hard it is to find an egg roll without pork around my side of town but thankfully after a few calls I found Jin Jin and crossed my fingers as I attempted to satisfy this craving. They're currently set up for window only orders during the pandemic. The menu is pretty extensive and is very similar to the chinese spots we have back in VA. I ordered 2 shrimp egg rolls and a veggie fried rice(broccoli, onions, carrots, mushrooms) and thankfully the rolls hit the spot and the rice would have been great but there was lots of grease at the bottom of the container. This is how our $43 meal arrived tonight! When I called the restaurant he said he wasn't responsible because I ordered through Door Dash, which I did not! I ordered it through his website and if he contracts it out to Door Dash, that's not my fault. He yelled that I needed to call Door Dash! So now everything in the bag tastes like egg foo young! Order and pick up was very fast and easy. Menu is standard and food is for the most part standard, but the main differentiator for me was the eggroll. That's right - an eggroll. It had meat you could see and taste which earns some props from me. Some of the reviews for this place are a little scary, but I hope all the 4 and 5 star reviews are some indication that this place is consistently good.

Out and about on the 25th and having a hard time finding some dinner, our options were limited to Chinese or burger-chain chain-burgers... so Jin Jin. Pulled into a busy lot and walked into an equally busy store. Most of what was going on was going out so the five tables inside were sufficient to accommodate the diners-in. MLB went with chow mein chicken plus wonton soup and I opted for chickens with the general plus fried rice, an egg roll, and more wonton soup.

I have never done a review like this before. I'm writing the first half of the review before I eat the food. I ordered General Tso's Chicken with white rice and a quart of Wonton Soup.
I love Chinese food but don't eat it much because there aren't many great options in the area. Jin Jin used to be a good option, but their blinds being crooked for years turned me off. On the other hand, it's impeccably clean inside, and I have a broken blind in my house (not viewable from street), so I can't judge.
The last time ate Jin Jin was on my son's birthday (4/21).

We ordered lunch through Door Dash yesterday and both ordered a different type of Lo Mein, I got the pork and the other half got the chicken. They were both awesome!! Great flavor, good portions and still piping hot when we got them.
I cannot wait to try something else. It's great knowing there is an awesome spot close to us.

I'm not a huge fan of Chinese food for various reasons, cleanliness being one of them. However this place seemed different. For starters they have an open kitchen where you can see everything they do which is always a good thing, and their ventilation system is great because we didn't leave there smelling like food.
The service is fast and the prices are reasonable. The food was perfect! It hasn't been easy finding authentic food here in North Carolina, but this is authentic Chinese food! The wonton soup was delicious! As was their pork fried rice. We also tried the dumplings

Standard fare Chinese, however, custom made to my taste. I has the Chicken with mixed vegetables made spicy. It was cooked fresh and served hot! The restaurant is small, only 5 tables but very clean. The staff was friendly and quick. The meals are served in plastic bowls with plastic ware, I prefer to get glass plates and silverware.
