For owner Katy, the dream of opening up a restaurant turned into reality when Dragon Express was founded in 2000. Her goal was to make food that made people happy and full. What started as a small and humble Chinese Restaurant has grown into what it is today, completely transforming Huntersville with its tasty dishes and inviting atmosphere.

Jin Jin Chinese Restaurant proudly serves delicious food to the greater Huntersville community. Jin Jin is pretty good. Ordered sesame chicken, chicken fried rice and chicken mei fun. Sesame chicken was good and tasty. Broccoli was very fresh. Chicken fried rice was disappointing - almost no chicken (two very tiny pieces in a large container).
