Richard Hoon holds a BS in Marketing and an Associate's degree in design. He began working in Interior Design in 1984. Starting his career at Boeing in interiors he focused his efforts on "lean manufacturing". Applying those principles to his own company, he is able to offer products and services at a lower price point without sacrificing quality.
