Services
Our Vacant Staging service is a fabulous option for homeowners looking to invest a small upfront fee towards the home sale process in order to sell the property quickly and for top dollar. Most often, we recommend staging entirely the main level, the master bedroom bathrooms plus any bonus/media room and any undefined challenging space.
Aimee truly is talented in staging homes. I had the opportunity to check out a couple of their staging jobs (one was a new home, the other at least 40 years old). She really knows how to stage each one perfectly! Aimee's passion is making homes look their best and matching the furniture to the style of home.

I used Eden Home Staging for the sale of two recent townhomes in Everett. Their professional staging helped both sales, presenting the homes in a warm and inviting way. They communicate well, and match the home to a nice array of furnishings and decorative items. On our most recent sale, we achieved a sales price slightly higher than our listing price. I was very happy with Aimee and Eden Home Staging. I recently used this company to stage my home that I was selling in the Green Lake area. Aimee was very flexible with me on timing for bringing in furniture which I admittedly changed about three times when my vendors doing repairs kept altering their completion dates. She did a consultation with me at the home to determine the appropriate package of furniture to put in the home.
