It has been a month now since Ted passed away. I don't think you can truly comprehend how much I appreciate all you have done for Ted over the years. I don't see you as a company, but very good friends who had more than a business interest in his well being. I know anyone who contacts you has their lives enriched.

The caregivers were excellent and in my case - went far beyond the call of duty. They were very helpful. Any schedule changes were handled easily - making me feel like I had family looking after my friend.

You have already reviewed our terms of employment when we completed paperwork together in the office. The second part of our orientation consists of reviewing our San Diego Compassionate Care Employee Manual. Three hours of Initial Safety Training is required by the Home Care Services Bureau. If you have completed this home care training for another home care agency or care facility, please let us know.

I am a Caregiver for Compassionate Caregivers and they are exactly as their name. Compassionate! They care about every Patient and do a great job of matching Caregivers and Patients together. In my 4 years of working for Compassionate Caregivers I have been impressed with how much they care for each Patient. As their employee I feel that they also caer about me. This Company !!! EXCELLENT! I had a rather complicated client with several challenges that Eva and her caregiver Meg stepped in and managed BEAUTIFULLY! They are super responsive, they advocate for their clients and I would definitely refer ANYONE to them.

Eva and her team have been responsive to our needs, considerate and kind. The caregiver they have provided for my mother has been a good reflection of these same qualities. San Diego Compassionate Caregivers has been assisting my dad now for about four years.
My dad is an octogenarian he has progressed into advanced dementia and at times has and can be quite difficult.
Due to circumstances I can not be near my dad. San Diego Compassionate Caregivers communicates with me as conditions require both management and on site personal, be it health issues a change in routine or staff scheduling.They assist with transporting my dad to his Doctors appointments and will do light shopping as necessary.
Regularly senior staffers will be there with my dad to assess his condition

When I requested a caregiver service at the last minute, Eva Biernacka, the co-owner of SD Compassionate came to my house on Saturday to discuss my specific caring needs just before my surgery. She quickly understood my concern and sensitivity and assured me that I’ll have a good caregiver on the day after I come home from hospital. I was impressed by how she treated me like a family member and she is compassionate on helping people who need cares. Ultimately she sent an experienced caregiver with a nice personality.
