Empowered Body is a Pilates studio focused on the instruction and preservation of the work of Joseph H. Pilates. Fully equipped with authentic Pilates apparatuses, we offer private sessions and small group training of up to 3 students per class. Our goal for new students is to provide a comprehensive introduction to the classical Pilates method while supporting the unique needs of every individual.

Our staff will familiarize new students with the method, how to work with the equipment, and any modifications they might need for their own body. These 50-minute fully customized sessions will introduce you to the foundational concepts of Pilates and begin to address long term movement goals.

We strive to share our love of movement and cultivate community. We are in the business of empowerment! Our goal is to teach clients how to exercise intelligently through mindful and controlled exercise. At Empowered Body we practice the foundational work created by Mr. Joseph Pilates and carried down by protege Romana Krysnowak.
Anyone can do Pilates! And we mean Anyone! There is a version of Pilates out there for everyone and the staff at EBP loves to see our students succeed. Because you deserve the best! New students are 100% welcome to take group classes immediately.

However, we urge you to take advantage of our new client special to "learn the ropes, " address any temporary modifications you may need, and introduce you to the basics of what we will be asking of you during a group environment.We would love to see you everyday if your schedule permits! The amount of sessions you take weekly is completely dependent on your goals, and your current exercise regime.
At EBP, we believe that communication between the student and the instructor is critical to student success, which is why we keep our group classes small. In our small group sessions, you will work out in a group of no more than 3 students. We want each one of our instructors to know you by name, know what your body needs and provide you with the care and focus you deserve.
During your private session, your instructor will empower you to strive for just a bit more than you thought you could achieve, all while supporting your movement needs and goals. Experience the full studio in a 50 minute fully customized one-on-one session: Start with 30 minutes of reformer to align the body, challenge your strength with the traditional mat work.
Three 50-minute fully-customized sessions that will introduce you to the foundational concepts of Pilates and begin to address long term movement goals. We recommend that ALL new clients take advantage of this special, but we strongly urge students who have never taken Pilates, have a history of chronic injury or are just adding fitness back into their self care plan begin here.
