Pilates is a sequence of thoughtful movements designed to strengthen, balance, mobilize and align your entire body. It is a practice and everyone who does it is always improving and growing. Pilates embraces the idea of "Uniformed Development, " which requires one to turn down the "big" global muscles and strengthen or turn up the "smaller" intrinsic muscles giving your body a full and balanced workout!

Pilates is unique in that it not only strengthens your body but also engages and sharpens your mind. It is a full body experience. Come get fit with your furry pal. Bring your four-legged friend to the park for Mat Pilates, fresh air, sunshine and some fun! This unique system of exercises uses special apparatus designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture while enhancing mental awareness.

Our studio is nestled in the Greylands office park across the street from Campbell Park and between downtown Campbell and the Pruneyard.
