First I thought the woman at reception was very cordial and pleasant. The residence seemed very clean. The only concern was the care. When I entered at 2:30 there had to be 8 individuals standing or working at nurses station. My mother is in for rehab. She’s 91 yrs old and a little shaky. She can get up and walk with a walker slowly. She needed to go to the lavatory. I told her to start on her own then pull the assistance cord as the toilet was very low. She waited what seemed to be 10 -15 min no response. I went in and helped her. The most concerning thing was that no one ever showed up. I cancelled

Went in to rehab after hip replacement surgery. Maybe COVID19 Has changed things for them, but it seems they are short staffed and argumentative. Food stinks. Service is slow.Good luck if you need care! They pay most attention to those who won't stay in bed and will risk falling down cuz they can't remember why they are there.
