I wish I could give ZERO stars. My Bipap quit working over a month ago. I've spent hours on hold, left messages, and filled out contact forms. No response to any of that. I'm on hold yet again as I write this review. My health is suffering while all my contact attempts are ignored.

Went by today to find contractors working on the building, no sign that they're closed, nothing on their website, and nothing here on Google. The contractor said he's been working in the building for over 3 months. It's ridiculous they could be closed over 120 days and not posted on their website, Google, or even put a sign on the door.

I ordered supplies two weeks ago, my doctor sent over all the required information so I can get my CPAP supplies. I reached out by email to this company and they didn’t reply. I tried to call waited on hold for over 10 minutes and never got somebody so I hung up and called back immediately. My second call was just after closing so that’s probably why they didn’t answer the call the first time around. I tried to email them again in my email has been blocked from their server. I need CPAP supplies and I can’t find them anywhere and now I have to start from scratch because they don’t think

I have only had to use this store twice, but both times I was able to go right to the counter, tell them what I was looking for and ask questions about different options and/or how each worked. Will use them again.

They do have a good site but l most say l Don't like their customer care so that's why l prefer Ganjacrib👍to them cause l notice they do have good customer care and good quality products. 👍

Jennifer in customer service needs to go. I was an upset client and wanting info and she cut me off midsentence and transferred me to someone else. If you're in CS, you should be able to handle clients like me. You don't have what it takes to handle pressure, Jennifer!! Move on!

This company was supposed to deliver a wheelchair to my father at Walnut Place by noon today so he could be discharged. It is now after 2:00 and they have not delivered it! My mother is very upset and when she just called, she was rudely told "I told you this morning that my technician has 4 hospital beds to deliver". The lady she spoke with would not even give a time frame so not only may my father spend another night in rehab, HIS INSURANCE WON'T PAY FOR ANOTHER NIGHT. XMed sure didn't mind taking my mother's debit card number this morning and withdrawing the money

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. THESE PEOPLE SHOULD NOT EVEN BE IN BUSINESS!!! A week ago I took in a prescription for a wheelchair for my mother to the Plano store. I had purchased several other items from them and had always had a good experience. I was told that the wheelchair would be ready by Wednesday, Thursday at the latest. I called on Thursday and was told I would receive a call back "in just a few minutes". I didn't receive a call back on Thursday. On Friday, I called the Plano store. It was ok but i have been twice and they dont really let you look around i use a lot of med supplys for my husband and would have liked to look around! I guess i will continue to order online elsewhere.
